Marcos also puzzled over Mayor Guo's identity; says it must be investigated

- Even President Marcos is puzzled about Bamban Mayor Alice Guo's identity, saying it needs to be looked into further.
In an interview in Cagayan de Oro on Thursday, May 16, Marcos revealed that he has been wondering about Guo's identity amid her being under scrutiny at the Senate over her alleged ties in the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO) operation in Tarlac.

Many countries have laws against foreign spies. The country shockingly has none! This is what makes China so happy! It's practically open season!
The PH should pass an Anti-Foreign Agent Law:
1. Any POGOs should be banned in the country and be placed under constant surveillance by the country's law enforcement and intelligence agencies, including the BI, NBI, AFP ISAFP, NICA, AMLC, PNP.
2. Chinese 'students' needs to be registered and should be required to report and check in regularly to the country's law enforcement agencies
3. Chinese citizens should be barred from running for public office. They must pass a 200 point identity check to prove their bloodline, citizenship, residency status, with authentic birth certificates, drivers license, NBI clearances passport, must show bank and credit history, educational and employment background and identity check of their Filipino parents.
4. Chinese citizens should be barred from serving in the military, AFP, PCG or any law enforcement agency - remember 600 Chinese were discovered to be serving in the PCG?
5. AFP officers should be banned from attending or applying to China's Military academies - the AFP sent 40+ officers to study in China's military academies and got brainwashed by the communists - one of them turned out to be Wescom Chief Admiral Carlos.
6. Chinese citizens should be barred from entering the country's vital military installations, camps and facilities and EDCA sites or pose as tourists to enter these sites.
7. Chinese companies should be barred from buying lands and properties with close proximity the country's vital military installations, camps and facilities and EDCA sites or buying islands in the territorial waters facing Taiwan, the WPS or Benham Rise.
8. Chinese companies should be barred from building communication towers, cellsites or any ifnrastructure with close proximity the country's vital military installations, camps and facilities and EDCA sites
9. Any public group or organizations receiving support or funding from China or those promoting or advancing China's interests must register with the PH government and declare the amount they're receiving from China or the CCP.
10, Any individual spreading false or fake news intended to benefit China or undermine the position of the PH in the WPS should be fined or imprisoned for 5 years.
Your proposed laws are are logical, but unfortunately we're in the wrong time to implement because if this was applied under BBM administration many would protest because it would effect civil liberties, and not to mention it would be seen as racist and BBM is the son of former dictator president marcos
