    In regard to the jamming:
    I'm an avid aircraft tracker. There are many assets that can do this sort of thing. There are just as many if not more civilian assets capable too. Civilian assets are 99% of where the military gets their stuff.
    Military: Look around you and look up as well. Air Force RC135's (several variants) can pick pretty much anything out of the sky, encrypted or not. P8 (Navy asset) just as capable. Navy P3's (the few left) and Air Force E6's can as well. Get on a flight tracker and see what's above you. If you live near a military base, it could well be there. Most RC135's fly out of Tinker AFB in Oklahoma, E6's are spread across the country (TACAMO). Then, there are military assets designed specifically for this in hostile areas. F16G's and F/A18G's are the Navy and Air Force dedicated assets for jamming hostile radars in combat.
    Civilian: There are several civilian aircraft that play the man in the middle game. From high priced private jets like the Embraer's< Citation's and Gulfstream's to PC12's and Cessna 208's. Some highly advanced, some configured with old tach like Dirtbox and Stingray. Dirtbox has the ability only to pull or take in information. Stingray has the "push-pull" ability to not only steal what's flying thru the air but push information such as maps, files, photos and reconnaissance to devices on the ground or to a FAC. These older types only have a range of 20-30 miles and cover a cone of about that measurement from @12,000'.
    I hope that helps someone.

      Potassium is more important. There is a limit to how much salt you need, even if you're sweating, and if you eat too much it limits your ability to absorb water. No salt at all, you also can't absorb water, but almost no one ever is that salt depleted in America. It actually is good advice. And coffee is poison in the heat. Source... me... endurance athlete, mountain bike and hiking guide in the desert for years. I can tell which of my clients are coffee drinkers based on how they handle heat.

    About 15-20 years ago I was driving race cars as a teenager and young man, my personal Doctor and trainer had me mix half Powerade and half water with .5-1oz salt and shake. Thats what I had to drink during summertime races in the Southeast. Races were anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hrs long with an inside car temp of 120-140F.
    I would be extremely sick and dehydrated after the race if I had just water or just a sports drink in my water bottle in the car, something about the salt in my Dr.’s special mix that kept me hydrated

    The FEMA teams chat went to 13 people. An official “best practice” requires a regional manager to sign off.
    This means one of three things: the whole team agreed with their lunatic team lead, the team thought that sounded like something their higher ups would say, or it is a “best practice” and at least the whole region leadership is far left.
    This needs to be a congressional hearing and investigation.

    Our cells need at least nine different electrolytes. The four most important, in order, are: salt, potassium, calcium and magnesium.
    Electrolytes govern the permeability of our cells. Which means without electrolytes our cells can neither take in nutrients nor get rid of waste. Which means the cells, then the organs, starve or poison themselves.
    So yeah, kind of important!

    I drink coconut water every time i mow the lawn and i live in florida. It restores tons of electrolytes.

    • @VilleWitt
      @VilleWitt 2 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      Electrolytes are basically salt. If you eat meat you get the necessary minerals/salts. The body adapts to sweat less salts if you sweat more often. I would recommend not following the coconut trend, and instead do as generations before us: water, and proper nutritious foods.

      I think his comment was more along the line of it being horrible to drink lukewarm while doing physical work.
      In my opinion, most sweet drinks are demoralizing to drink lukewarm. I always go for water in that case.
