@@MinuSen-y8g You had to configured with ssl web mode after authentication successfully and get error . After that have you refresh the web page ? If you still any error message, pls check and follow with the official guidelines to make sure you are configured correctly. Thank you !

Hi, I get the error when I try to open SSL VPN Portal:
    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /remote/login on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Could you please help

A "403 Forbidden" error on your SSL VPN Portal indicates an authorization issue. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot:
Check Credentials: Double-check your username and password for typos. Ensure you're using the correct credentials for the SSL VPN portal.
Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes cached data can cause login problems. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then restart your browser and try logging in again.
Verify Account Permissions: It's possible your account might lack the necessary permissions to access the VPN. Contact your IT administrator to confirm your account has the required access level.
Check Portal URL: Ensure you're using the correct URL for the SSL VPN portal. Verify it with your IT department or any official documentation.
Contact IT Support: If none of the above solutions work, it's best to contact your IT support team. They can access server logs and diagnose the issue more effectively.
