11:25 Did you miss a step on stage 11? The magazine instructions you're showing also show a fender being fitted to the front forks, but you go straight to the exhaust.
Managed to watch it all the way through before commenting and you picked up the things I would have commented on lol I've entered the comp, it doesn't recognise I'm following you on twitter so will just have to make do with the 2 entries 😞
I’m currently doing this build and waiting for my third package, the left fork I currently have is the shiny gold colour with the ohlins decal so hoping the right side matches unlike yours did
Did you manage to get the right fork in the same colour? I know a few people have had this issue and I've just started my build so don't want the same problem!
I Would also like to add that the wheel can move freely if wanted but I have found out it scratches the disc brakes luckily I had spares so I replaced both and I have tightened mine up to not be able to move
Edit: I should have waited another 10 seconds to post my comment - you called it right out! That's a really stark difference in finish/color for the two forks. Would it be worth the time and effort to contact DeAgostini about getting a replacement part? Otherwise, this is looking like another epic build. If only I had the space for something that big!
Hi Wayne, this is about another motorbike model kit hope you don’t mind? Soon when I get some more paint I will be painting and working on putting the fork legs on Tamiya Ducati 1199 Panigale with some extra parts that can be quite hard and delicate My tweezers stabbed my finger and have got a band-aid (plaster) on my finger
I am not a computer wizard, and I'm struggling to enter the competition. I have ticked the email, and Facebook but can't get any further. Can you please help me out?
EDIT: I contacted Deagostini regarding my issue and my own fault of this part they have sent me a replacement free of charge, it is my own fault as I was trying to use a smaller flathead than the screw intended hopefully wayne you will call out the tool for the job when you post it Did you put the front fender ? I scratched mine and can't find a pack to buy :(

Why is the give away for the UK only and not your US viewers
@@josephstanley5138 because Deagostini are giving the prize and it’s based in the UK only
@@WorldofWayneUK I talked to them earlier and we can get that motorcycle in the US
@@josephstanley5138 yes but this competition is run by Deagostini Uk not US

I'm doing the build myself the finished quality is excellent, when complete total weight of bike is 4kg .
I like the shiny gold colour of the fork, better than the strange yellow ish colour!

I will have to recheck

Hi Wayne I started to watch your videos from when you started the melanin falcon and I remember on issue 99 you forgot to record LOL 😂.
I’ve done that so many times lol
Wow springs for exhaust valves and O2 sensors that’s detail right there
One of the front forks look a different colour to the other, one seems to be more shiny golden finish!
I Would also like to add that the wheel can move freely if wanted but I have found out it scratches the disc brakes luckily I had spares so I replaced both and I have tightened mine up to not be able to move
Are the forks meant to be different colours or are they replacing one of them
Keep watching lol
@@WorldofWayneUK yes I wat he'd and you sprayed it I was wondering if they were to replace it anyway
@@edwardbellamy5154 they are but I figured I would balance both forks up anyway so peeps can see the colour they are
Are the screws used in the kit Japanese pattern.?

What is it that every time u put the tire in the water and u dont dry the insides as when u fit the wheel u got a lot of trapped water inside!
No as the tyre contracts while it’s cooling any water inside comes out quite easily

I have your entry by the look of it
@@WorldofWayneUK thanks very much for your help 👍 i have just received an email to say that i have been entered. Once again thank you 😊.
Quality dude welljell.
been over and clicked on what i think i had to so you can just send it to me lol
Well Mr Rossi we nearly have a motor unicycle for you to race.
Wayne, I think you'll find that Steel is Magnetic, you're thinking of Stainless Steel.
Yep
@World of Wayne thank god Bill has pointed that out. The build would have been destined for failure, without such an uncessary comment.
