- Lepidolite is high in Lithium, a heavy metal that is renowned for its ability to soothe and balance moods, and this trait is carried through to the crystal. Lepidolite allows you to find stability, especially at times of great transition such as moving house, a separation or loss of a loved one. However, on a regular basis it can still be a valuable tool. It teaches you that life doesn’t have to be a dramatic swing between ecstatic euphoria and paralysing depression. It allows you to connect with your true soul path, and once discovered, walk this road with grace and steadiness. This crystal is one of the first crystals/stones that chose me...
I have a necklace, a big stone Lepidolite , it immediately calms me down, I always wear it, makes my heart relax, calm and even around toxic people it soothes me, It helps me with anxiety attacks, I leave it on curb of window to get the energy of sun during the day, and then I program it , it is a great thing to have.

JuanTheDude I have extreme social anxiety and I was at a spiritual shop and idk why I wanted to buy it, I asked the people at the store what it’s purpose was and they didn’t know.. turns out it’s for anxiety. Idk I immediately felt so calm when I touched it. Had nothing to do with being a “rock”

I cant wait to get my lepidolite thumb stone, really cant wait for it to arrive, im also feeling called to get a lepidolite sphere and heart, I just feel a need to have it, amethyst is great, but isn't cutting it lately. Also your videos are my favorite they are so informative you are a beautiful soul, keep spreading love and wisdom, peace and love.

My crown chakra gets overactive often. I use lepidolite that has pink tourmaline in it for anxiety attacks which I get often
My mom suffers from anxiety attacks. If I got her a piece, how should I tell her to use it to help her calm down? (she's also in the process of getting medical help, too.)
I have several pieces of lepidolite in different forms. Calming stone.

I was interested in sharing some methods on how I like to use my lepidolite. I some times I like to create grids that contain lepidolite and lithium quartz because they both contain the element lithium, making them resonate well with each other thus creating a nice vibrant positive energy. My second method was to meditate with ether violet or lavender scented candles, a few pieces of amethyst or lepidolite or even both if u wanted to, put those stones around you or in each palm of your hand and finally place a flower of ether violet or lavender or any other purple flower you can think of, it doesn't matter, place that purple flower right in front o you and just sit there for about 10 minutes and you should be feeling more relaxed and peaceful, thank you.

Well im stuck in this rabbit hole. I have a pisces moon and my mother bought me this yesterday.
I just obtained a beautiful piece of lepidolite yesterday. I was purchasing red jasper, but the lepidolite chose me. I am in a time of transition. During my summer holiday I was notified of a new principal, and although I’m not in fear for my job, her energy made me take a step back. Since meeting her I’ve been unable to instill calm in myself. I loved your comment about the overactive crown chakra...I was unable to pinpoint why I’ve been so agitated but that triggered something. Thank you for your valuable informative video!
Wow I cannot believe that I've had this beautiful Crystal and my collection I thought it was a part of the amethyst geode when they opened it I thought well it isn't I got it it's beautiful and now I'm going to learn to appreciate it thank you Adam

The other day I bought some lepidolite on a whim with a few other crystals and didn’t think much about it at all- in fact it was the one I probably thought about the least. But when it arrived and I opened the package, I think I had my first real reaction to a crystal’s frequency. It immediately gave me a warm tingly feeling and I couldn’t stop touching it or looking at it. It made me feel so relaxed and quietly happy- almost like I actually was medicated! What’s funny is that I’d been looking into lithium quartz a lot for that very purpose, but the lepidolite is what called me to it first. I’m so grateful for this crystal’s abilities 🤍

Oh Adam, hi I am Drina, I have heard about you through mutual friends. I love this video. I recently bought lepidolite for my Mum, who is born 14th of March and indeed a special soul, as well as a friend going through some emotional & stressful times. I love the info you share here as another friend I intend on buying it for has bipolar type 1 and uses lithium and has had some battles with both psychosis and spiritual awakening, an amazing woman, a long time friend. Shifting Realities Dr. Gray says taking the mineral lithium, not the toxic Rx form, helps most struggling w bipolar wo any side effects. He claims bipolar people usually just have that mineral decency, since it’s missing from over farmed soils and sugar and carbs deplete it from our system. It’s available on Amazon. Hope this Helps!

That video was interesting. Lepidolite has been calling recently, so timing has been everything.
One thing I would have found interesting is what the ranges of colour in lepidolite mean. I do have some green lepidolite, so presumably that would help balance the heart and ground it. However, will let you tell me.

Yes all lepidolites are stabilising. The colour affects what aspect of our life it supports.
I just got it a few days ago and I used it yesterday bcuz my solar plexus was on fire and I have to say that it helped me relax 🙏
Thank You Adam, Yes I love My Lepodite, I have a couple small oval pieces that are perfect for holding and rubbing. I also have a Piece of Amazonite with Lepodite and Smoky Quartz in it, getting that was actually my introduction to Lepodite....

Despite its beauty, I had never been drawn to lepidolite. But I received one as a gift last year and have found it's a wonderful stone for PMDD stmptons! I also give it to my mother to hold when her blood pressure raises.

I have anger all the time just under the surface. I got a piece of lepidolite two days ago. By the end of the day I was calm. The anger was gone, after years of not even knowing when I was going to go into a rage. Is a tumbled stone as powerful as a natural one? I want to carry or ware this crystal, but the raw form seams too fragile.

At my crystal store, they have tiny Crystal's and slivers that are in a bowl to take with a purchase. I chose this beautiful sliver. I asked the lady what I had chosen and she said lepidolite. Now I know the crystal chose me
Ive find two kinds one is the fairy purple kind that is stratified and flaky, the other is mixed with white stuff (calcite?) and is pinkish and doesnt flake... I prefer the second type I have both it just seems more soothing

Hi Adam, I'm really new to crystals and was drawn to Lepidolite and Amethyst as my first crystals. I've read a lot of descriptions for both that make their uses seem quite similar to each other (although as I said, I'm super new to this!). What would you say are the major differences between the two?
Ste McCabe They are similar with Lepidolite being like a higher octave of Amethyst. Lepidolite would be best suited for anyone feeling in unbalanced or overly emotional. Amethyst bring peace to those who are stressed.

All of the above. Although due to its higher nature and quality of smoothing (removing sharp rough and spikey things) the malefic planets are closer to its vibe, its true planet is of pluto but it also has a bit of the asteroid vesta, it also has a second harmonic with the moon and saturn because of pluto being one or two octaves from them, mars is also malefic but it doesn't usually smooth things, venus does that more than mars does. Therefore monday Saturday and to a much lesser degree tuesday and friday.
