if you know you're a night owl you really don't have to push yourself to be a morning person. it'll actually be worse for you to have three days of early mornings and then sleep in the other half. just embrace the late mornings and your night owl self and be glad that you do have a job where you have the freedom to do this. night owls being pushed to be early birds is an annoyingly unhealthy norm :) if you do want to get up earlier, by all means, do it! but don't feel like you have to! take it from an early bird who rises by herself fully awake at 5am...
