    Registering as new business owner here. Thank you po.

    As of April 2021, the rate of Percentage Tax is reduced to 1%. Retroactively July 1, 2020 up to June 30, 2023. Recomputation, mas nakakatipid siya sa graduated rate.

    The Graduated Tax is commonly used amongst businesses, since the limit of tax is 1,000,000 for VAT purchase expense and sales above, while NVAT is both 1,000,000 purchase expense and sales. The limit is to be sorted amongst the figures, then opt for graduated tax rate when all of the entries as percentage, excise, and different forms of tax type are reconciled. Fixed or graduated tax type is also good and commonly used since the limit is designed for TAX Reimbursements per tax code 1914 for all purchase expense be it from sales or Investments made from purchase expense. The Corporate Taxes also changes/ADJUSTS, since depositary payments made to pay loans and different types of products adjusts yearly through QUARTERLY returns 1701Q and is divisible amongst Incorporators as well for them to have TAX adjustments as well as Reimbursements or TAX REFUNDS/TAX CREDITS, or its EQUIVALENT FORMS of SETTLEMENT/NON-REVERSE based on TAX DECLARATION. Most INPUT TAX can also be ADDED.

    Wow what a very informative video. Ang dami kong pinapanood regarding this but ngayon lang ako naliwanagan. I am on the process of opening our gas station, pero bulilit lang po sya, its hard to project the sales po kasi its our first time and also we are the first time to have it and sa barangay lang po sya. But since we are on the middle of the year now and Im assuming operation will be on the last quarter of the year, I guess graduated will be best option? Considering the costs of the build din po, which would lower the net income. And btw po, start up cost like construction, machines etc... is it deferred po ba or I can declare it at once? Another question po, is every year when we file the tax, we can choose which tax rate we are going to? Hindi lang once in a lifetime option to choose? Again provided Im still a non vat entity. Maraming salamat po again napakalimaw po ng video nyo po. Hoping to get answers po, really appreciate it.

    Very easy to follow. Ang galing mo po mag paliwanag and very clear.
    Can you help me po with an advise sa situation ko.
    I have registered as a self employed po just this month. January 2022 po. Newly registered self employed.
    Need ko po kase ng ITR for PAGIBIG LOAN ko sana this year as requirement po. Kaso po di po ako makakuha ng ITR until 2023 right?
    I read na pwede ko po daw ifile yung 2021-2022 ITR ko po on or before April 15, 2022. Kaso po, hindi pa po ako registered last year as self employed under 8% tax computation na inavail ko po this year, pero free lancer na po ako last year.
    Anong BIR form po ang isa submit ko at saan po ako na tax computation mag fa-fall since di pa naman po ako registered as self employed last year (2021).
    Kailangan ko po kase ng ITR talaga this year para ma process ko na po Loan ko sa PAGIBIG. Thanks po sa sagot in advanced.

    • @JisrylRaz_ftt
      @JisrylRaz_ftt  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hello po. I got your point po. First, you will file your ITR for 2021 on or before April 15, 2022. and since di pa po kayo registered last year, ibig sabihin wala din po kayong COR last year. Question po, employed po ba kayo last year? Kasi if yes, pwde naman po kayo humingi ng 2316 from your employer.

    • @JisrylRaz_ftt
      @JisrylRaz_ftt  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If not naman, tapos since registered na kayo this january, pwde po kayo magfile ng 1701Q nyo po on May 15, 2022 for your incomes in this first quarter of 2022 covering the months of January, February and March.

    • @JisrylRaz_ftt
      @JisrylRaz_ftt  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

  • @itsshielala

    I have the same question po but for mixed income earner naman. Which is better for mixed income earner? Graduated rates or the 8% optional rate?

    • @JisrylRaz_ftt
      @JisrylRaz_ftt  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hello po. The answer to this question is, it depends po. First, you need to consider whether your annual gross sales or receipts do not exceed 3million so you can qualify to the 8% optional rate; otherwise, if your gross sales or receipts (business-related) exceed 3 million, then all your taxable income will be subject to the graduated rates.
      Assuming your annual gross sales or gross receipts do not exceed 3million, then you have the option to subject all your gross sales or gross receipts to 8% rate. But remember, if you choose the 8%, the rate is only applicable to your sales; your compensation incomes will always be subject to graduated rates. Hence, you need to understand which option is best-suited for your case. I recommend that you watch this video for specific and illustrative discussions on mixed income earners: th-cam.com/video/P5SxNe6gglY/w-d-xo.html

    1) What if you are registered under 8% gross percentage tax, and later on get employed as a contractual non regular (endo) employee, would you need to change your classification to multi income earner in the BIR even as an endo? or will your employer acommodate your 8% registration as an endo?
    2) And what if you are hired as a regular employee but you are still registered as an 8% gross percentage taxpayer, would your employer accommodate the 8% or would you be required to register as a multi earner?
    In either case, what are the cwt 2307 rates for both examples above and is the CWT deducted from the income tax?.....How does it work for a registered 8% gross percentage taxpayer? Hope to hear from you and hope you can explain in laymans terms. Thanks
