Apparently, yes. Some of the other hermits know what he looks like, but not all. I imagine the ones who know what he looks like would be Mumbo, False, etc. As in, the English ones that have been there a while.

Honestly I'd love to see his face I'm super curious about faces of voices I hear everyday. When I watch Hermits and they show themselves talking it's such a surreal experience. Sometimes I imagined them compeletelly different based on their voice. But, even if I'm super curious, I will never harass Xisuma like that.
When you’ve watched someone’s content for years, you develop an emotional bond to them. It’s only natural you’d want to know what they look like. Of course if they’ve said they don’t want to show their face, then people should respect that and not harass them. But when I hear him say he doesn’t understand _why_ people would like to see his face, I’m just like “???”.
They love you mate, that’s why.
As much as I WANT to know what he looks like, I'm happy that he's choosing what he wants to do instead of doing what his fans tell him to do. That's the issue about being on the internet. If you have fans, subscribers, followers, etc. it can get really overwhelming when your fans want you to do a face reveal. I can tell he's a little bit self-conscious about how he looks and that's OK. I am too.

All though we don’t know what xisuma looks like, I do know what etho looks like a tad bit due to character he made a while back that was based on his rl self(at least I think)he had brown hair and like a beard? I’m not exactly sure if that’s what he actually looks like so we will never know🤷♀️
