Omar, Saidi,Salim etc are all jobless, why can't the government organize those folks and use them to advise those groups eg wajukuu wa nyanya,wakali Kwanza etc. when AIDS killed many peoples, there were certain NGO's who organised Aids victims to address and educate peoples, why can't we use these folks?????
