And I love the dark growly voice under his falsettos and then the kinda aggressive vocals half way through the song all the way to the end. Dude if he was in front of me singing like that I would be going absolutely insane.

i think this song plays really well into give, for example in give ,the line "if you want to give, then give me all that you can give..." and in this song "you must be crazy if you think that i will give in so easily" as well as "i want to taste you better" and "sugar, ive got a taste for you now"

I hear all the falsetto parts as Sleep coaxing Vessel to be with her. And the bridge (more aggressive vocals) is Vessel’s resistance but then he ultimately admits that he’s got a taste for Sleep as well. Through the EPs and the singles we’ve gotten Vessels backstory and previous relationship, and Sundowning details how Sleep and Vessel met and feel in love, setting us up for the following albums - with Gods and Sugar being key moments in the development of Sleep as a character. How I like to hear it anyways. They allow you to have so many interpretations which is one of the reasons they have captivated me.
