i saw youre trying to grow youre hair i am too but my problem is whenever i go get a trim they cut off way too much for it to actually keep growing longer. I didnt cut my hair for about 9-10 months after my dad passed and it was getting longer but needed a trim, i went in for one and i got 1/2 an inch off because i was nervous so i told her i'll come back sooner for another small trim to get the rest of the split ends off, i came back like 6 weeks later expecting a similar 1/2 inch trim (i also wanted a trim on my curtain bangs because they were too long) and she trimmed at least 4 inches off the bottom . I just cannot get a hair dresser to listen to me when i explain im trying to grow the length of my hair (but want the bangs cut) . After about one year of trying to grow it my hair is back to the same length it was before the 9-10 months of no cutting.. so basically 0 growth, and maybe even shorter.
