Love the video and your analysis, felt like I was attending a college lecture on bladee haha. I think a lot of his reference to designer brands/fashion is tongue in cheek or ironic. He’s talked about it in interviews but he recognizes the absurdity of materialism but still chooses to participate, often in a campy self aware way. This explains the emphasis on D&G which is kind of peak vapid mid-2000s designer fashion and isn’t typically seen as cool by todays rappers and calling himself a mallwhore etc.

He starts very depressed and sober, reflecting on how fucked up his life is. But then when he gets to the line "empty, fill my cup" he's like fuck it I know how to fix my problems, it's more substances so he drinks and the rest of the song he's much more aggressive and inspired. Then the end of the song with the single word "fuck", you can just imagine him crazy drunk and drugged out just laying on the ground listening to the beat and he's like here we go again, fuck.
