Same case happened with me in gigabyte h61 motherboard,front usb working,back usb not working.Another problem was there,that when the motherboard turned on it was giving display,but when triger off from front panel it,was turning on again by itself ,and not turning off until the power is off, couldn't find out fault but....Managed to make 2 back usb from front usb data line by jumper wire .

Gigabyte H110M-H Motherboard mein backside ke 1 usb port mein kuch bhi lagane se usb in or usb out ka sound continueously ata rehta hai aur usb speaker connect karne se speaker ka light zyada aur kam hota rehta hai koi solution hai sir plz reply

@@immiinfo board pe koi bhi kaam krne se pehle ek baat confirm krna hai. problem thodi wierd hi, bios me usb working hai. problem bs windows me hi hai. windows change krke dekh li bahut baar. jab problem hoti h tab *mouse ki light* bhi band ho jati hai

Full analysis: that problem happens only when using the motherboard regularly. I checked that board after months of break and it it starts working properly.
Actually in my case, I think the actual problem creator was the local mouse which I was using. It gradually disturbed every port I used. Initially I used it on new motherboard too and it started showing same symptoms after some days.
And then I realised that it started the same way during initial days on old motherboard.
Then I discarded it for forever before it could ruin my new motherboard.
