Didn't you collect a whole bunch of receipts and he just made up an invoice he didn't send all the receipts and but he kept them with a copy of the invoice and he sent them in with a ucc-1 and then they were able to return him some funds one day funds for the money he spent out of his pocket right

You do not need to file a 56 to get an EIN. Which EIN are you speaking of? He says you need 3.
