Brandy voice is limited in my opinion Monica's is more versatile and Ideal especially since she can hit much higher notes. That alone doesn't make you a better singer but that is what most people value more....there's not much you can say Brandy is better than Monica at other than control and runs and her runs are not even long extended runs like Beyonce's.
