@@cameronwilsey9334 It's not a mechanic, just a glitch. There's a common misconception that it was due to low levels, but the error was never consistent.
Reminds me of one game where no one could make a jump and they made a queue. Zylus said "That's how you know you're playing with British people: "GUYS CAN WE FORM A QUEUE IN GTA?""

for real! i am happy GTA is back but it could have taken the monday release, perhaps sharing the slot with other games like the occasional dread hunger or first class trouble, which are less popular than TTT

I’m glad to see Ravs has picked up the role of rage quitting the race then sabotaging it for everyone else, and boba having an interesting role of just being so like-able that everyone actually try’s not to crash into her. And of course classic Lewis setting all the rules to then be the main one breaking them
YESSS!! Its back!! I have wished for the return of GTA V races for so long! I already watched all the ones in the yogs gta play list twice, finally some fresh ones!
Classic yogscast. 10 seconds into the first race every single person goes the wrong way and crashes. Duncan blames ped when he crashes into him. Duncan says he saw lewis using prox bombs when he was using stickies. Duncan blames lewis when he crashes into him. Ravs votes down a perfectly normal map. It was explained the next map was an automatico and to hold down forward with no steering, ravs constantly steers and can't get through it. Duncan and ravs blame the map when they were just doing it wrong. Ravs gives another thumbs down because he didn't listen to how it works, read how it works or figure out how it works. All of them but lewis try to steer on the next section of the automatico and fail. Ravs givues up on the next map and shoots everyone. Duncan drives on the wrong side and crashes into zylus, duncan drives on the wrong side and nearly crashes into zylus again, duncan crashes into lewis who was on the right for a second and gets angry at him then blames him :P Lewis then drives on the right and laughs after shouting at everyone for driving on the right haha. Really does feel like the good old times. Lots of salt and blaming others/the map for their own mistakes lol.
@@DerekHartley IIRC he's mentioned that most main channel/group stuff is filmed pretty early in the morning and he prefers to sleep late, which is why he's generally not in TTT anymore either.
Can't beat good old fashioned GTA rage, and the co-operation on the wall ride was really satisfying to watch. Really enjoyed this, very excited for more!

Wow, after 22 months, there is finally another GTA video. We needed this so much in 2020. I was so sad the Yogscast stopped making these. Thank you for uploading a new one. I hope it's the beginning of a new era of GTA videos.
There's probably a sizeable percentage of the audience who hasn't seen the old GTA videos back when they were consistent, and doesn't know the reference "I want a nice clean game, no prox bombs"
I think it's probably a really small percentage, actually. The average viewership has stayed very consistent for years now, maybe dwindled ever-so-slightly if anything, so it'd be rare to have more than a 5-10% of viewers whom are so fresh that they haven't had the chance to watch any Yogs GTA content.
I’ve missed this so much! And they have a really solid crew for it, boba and Ped are a really good fit because Peds rage and yelling is hilarious and boba just kinda has fun with it no matter what is happening, which is really refreshing. Hopefully there’s at least a few more of these
I'm so happy to see this back. NGL I didn't mind so much when it went and had kinda forgotten about it, but now it's back I'm elated! I'm someone who watches pretty much every TTT vid within a week or two of release, so the fact this video made me feel this way is a sign you're definitely doing something right, at least in my mind (and I hope it's the same in your analytics because I certainly want to see more) :)

it might be advanced settings in gta 5, notoriously bad optimization on those, some of those settings force my pretty high end rig to 70 fps down from 170 - 180 without them but the rest on ultra
Yeah, that was really distracting whenever they went to his footage. If that carries throughout any more of these videos he might be in, then that is gonna get real annoying.
@@DarthMonkey13 I know they usually record several videos at a time, so we might get that for this batch, but I suspect they'll look at it and figure something out for next time they record.
His streams are usually pretty good frame wise, but Bouphe has also had similar problems in the past so maybe their recording settings were at 30fps instead of 60fps
I have sorely missed these sorts of videos. They were a lot of the reason I picked up GTA V in the first place. Glad to see them back and I hope they'll be part of the regular rotation. (Also knowing that you guys do this on PC means that I can make up some crazy tracks if i want to and maybe have them be played)

Just wanted to point that out, although there might be some parallels. It wouldn't be smart for them to reference it like that in a video, especially main channel video, because it would stir the issue up in the comments, in tweets, on the subreddit, in discords, etc once again and be fairly controversial. Needless drama, needless negativity. So, it's a good thing he did catch himself. It's best to avoid - not necessarily censor but avoid issues like that in something like this. And actual members of Yogscast are definitely free to say those names or make references or whatever; it's happened before. I will agree though from what I've seen, some of the mods/prominent community members are rather... authoritarian and whatnot, which is sad to see. It's seen in many communities where moderation teams instead of moderating, mediating, managing - they choose to dictate, control, limit. One reason why I am not and will likely never become vocal in the Yogscast community and stay a humble viewer is because of the community. It seems as if you share different views or beliefs, you likely won't be welcome. A sad, terrible reality of today's climate. I know a lot of the former regulars don't really "like" the game anymore so it's been tough as nails to get a group together for recording. Definitely good to get a bit of diversity in the games, you've only been playing "imposter" type games for so long. I hope you guys bring back the whole adversary playlists, the races were usually the slowest parts of your GTA gameplay from back in the day.
