Could you have the vet email you the paperwork ahead of time to be filled out?
I typically have them mail it out ahead of time. Can’t be emailed due to the carbon copies. However, with a litter of four it was easy to do while waiting for the vet techs to get puppy’s eyes dilated.

Why do you do they OFA eyes there young?
Some eye issues display this young. It’s one extra thing we do her to ensure sending home healthy pups!
Do you do this eye certification routinely with your litters or are you about a genetic condition in your line? Haven't come across a breeder that takes pups to a specialist.
Also, funny how you avoid high dog areas like the plague but then dump them out right outside the vet in probably the highest possible dog use area. 😂
Joseph Bozelak I do this with every litter of English Cockers I breed.. same deal, first they get microchipped then eye appointment.. it’s done to screen for genetic eye conditions,so dogs that have any problems are not used for breeding.
@@shellymb gotcha. This is just different from what I have seen. The breeders I work with sell pups with breeding restrictions and those can only be removed after health certifications for hips, eyes, and elbows in addition to certain levels of field testing have been completed.
