I grew up in Ardmore OK which is just north of the state line. Every year, my parents took me and my brother to the outlet mall school clothes shopping. Seeing the segment on the mall brought back some fond memories. Thanks so much for sharing that part of your day!

I love the idea of small town life. I like that you can have bible study at 6 and leave your house at 5:45 - you get to use all your time. I was spoiled for 3 years living in an area of Orlando that was kinda traffic free! With all the stores I loved within 5 min of me (cough, Starbucks & Target). I’ve moved to traffic central since, but can’t wait to go back! #goals

Oh my! We have a rotating tree & it is actually a special base that you put your tree in. I initially thought it was tacky, but I love it! We get to show all of our ornaments, which is lovely! We have used it for 9 years!

I am waiting for my second Grove order to arrive and I WISH I'd known about the Tangelo spray, it sounds lovely. You may have sold me on the Erin Condren notebooks. I too share a Google calendar with my husband AND have a notebook style calendar and I do not get good use out of it, but the regular notebook might be just what I need to keep my "to dos" organized and in one place. Love the videos, hope you are enjoying your October.
I love Acure! I just bought the same day and night cream as well. I love how the day one is nice and citrusy and the night is lavender. I've been using the face washes for about a year now and love them. I just started using their hair stuff as well!

I love those Seventh Generation wipes! I used those mint ones while I was at Disneyland last month so the scent reminds me of it! Grove is the absolute best.

I love Caldrea’s Tangelo Palm Frond scent! I have the room spray, it is also a bit expensive but I love it.

Hey, Blair! Weekend vlog!! / A cabin getaway sounds cozy and fun! My hubby and I are going to WDW for Thanksgiving and I can't wait! Taking a break once in a while is vital. / I really love the picture frame ornament idea! / I can totally celebrate fall and Christmas at the same time too! I put up our Christmas tree on November 1st every year. Too much? What's too much? :) / A bit of Disney magic in bottle! Very cool! / Speed clean! / That coffee looks amazing! I feel you about the traffic. I live in Los Angeles and it’s NON STOP traffic. You just have to know that going 5 miles is going to take you an hour. Also, I’m finally catching up on your vlogs because I just got back from Walt Disney World 😊

I always go ahead and hit the like button then watch your vlogs! 🧡 I made your fall trail mix last week for friends and they loved it! I used Cinnamon Chex, Halloween pretzels, Reese pieces, m&ms, peanuts, harvest mix and Cheez Its that had a caramel corn mix!? So good! For sure going to buy the Tangelo Palm Frond! When anything new comes into our house my husband says “ Blair tell you about this?” Lol! Have a great weekend!

I need to find a place to get that counter spray. I really want to try it. Can’t order grove so I am going to see what I can find. I had a Martha Stewart rotating Christmas tree for years but the lights stopped working. But you can buy rotating stands to use with any tree. I bought one after my other tree stopped working.

Ok, so Riley's impression of his childhood friend was hilarious!! :-) Looks like you had such a nice weekend. Aren't those casual, relaxing ones the best? We actually had a very similar one too. And how funny that we had edible cookie dough too! There is this place in our local mall called Cookie Dough Bliss. Sooooo yummy, but very rich. 3-4 spoonfuls was enough for me.
Oooh, Cookie Dough Bliss sounds amazing. I would love a small spoonful of sugar cookie dough! ;) That's about all I can handle and I have a sweet tooth! It's so rich!

Girl, I bought allll of the Mrs Meyers Apple Cider stuff from Grove Collaborative after you recommended it (along with a bunch of other stuff you also recommended), so I guess I have to go order that Caldrea spray too! I hate cleaning, but that Apple Cider stuff gets me excited to clean!

Ditto with the cleaning product obsession ;) I still make most of my own stuff (the trusty vinegar/baking soda/essential oil/castile soap mix) but I do use a lot of Greenscents (British brand) and I like to stock up on their minty "loo cleaner" (haha) and lemon dishwashing liquid... and I like to clean with Danish (Solwang) dish cloths. I tend to order the exact same items on repeat.
Also as far as Christmas is concerned, I have been prepping earlier than usual (I've even ordered our Christmas Eve meal from a frozen food company called "Cook" - mushroom wellington, roast parsnips, potatoes, carrots, bread sauce, the works) and personalised Christmas cards (having a baby due any time now has been a big motivator to being super organised) :)

You can just buy a rotating Christmas tree stand. We use out old rotating stand with a new tree and it works just fine!

I’m not sure if you were joking or serious about the name of the spray, but a tangelo is an orange/tangerine type of fruit and a palm frond is a big leaf from a palm tree 😊 so that must be why it reminds you of WDW. And thanks for sharing it because I’m off to order some for myself!

I hear ya about the lack of sun for three weeks. That sounds like the Pacific Northwest in winter. Been having beautiful sunshine this October, though. Where do you get the spice cake mix for those pumpkin muffins? I can’t find it. I got the other ingredients last week but already polished off the can of creme cheese frosting.
The spice cake mix is available at both of our local grocery stores--I'm sorry you can't find it! If there's a Walmart or a Target nearby, try them. I've seen it both places.

We have a joint Google email account (leftover from wedding planning); we both added that calendar to our devices, so it's always synced between us and on all platforms. :)

I am always shocked, not that I am saying he was over the limit or anything🤪 just something we (or most people) wouldn’t do because if in an accident even if not our fault no insurance and loss of license. Scotland does have stricter laws than the rest of the UK! X
This sounds fairly silly but, my one of favorite things about your vlogs is that you don't have extraordinarily loud background music cutting you off when you talk. A lot of people do, and for some reason it really bothers me.
I absolutely hate that too. I can't stand watching any TH-cam video with loud background music--drives me nuts!
