    WOWSER Ian, what a great video in many ways! Cool Explores, cool history, great footage, damned fine editing and music use, and the Explorohounds, what not to love?

      ExplorOhounds that word reminds me of a cartoon I used to enjoy en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dogtanian_and_the_Three_Muskehounds
      I enjoyed the peace and quiet of this mostly forgotten estate at Polwarth, it was blowing a gale so I couldn’t get the sweeping motion I wanted at the airfield the drone was pinned man I wanted to walk to FOGO Kirk to see the graves of the pilots but the walk was a bridge to far, pleased I managed to film the little crowned orange above the crypt amazing how old those coffins are I could see the lead underneath the old wood.
      I’m currently building my music station back up so I’m using copyrighted music I make penny’s from Adsense so it’s no bother. I appreciate your POV K best wishes man

    Superb editing! It is one thing to take good video, another to choose complimentary music, and you are good at both. But the way you blended them in this is exceptional. Good on ya, Ian!

    Very nice mate, I can't believe how many snowdrops you have there, incredible white carpet. Nice to hear 'Amazing Grace', I have loved that song all of my life. I see you have had a trim, grass doesn't grow on a busy street....

      I love that music too it evokes emotion and touches down deep, I was reading about Thomas the Rhymer and the fairy queen who took him inside of the Eildon hills and the beauty of the snowdrops reminded me of how such a story could have been made. I brought some clippers so free hair cuts from now on, Bless you Bry and Bohdi best wishes

    Ian, what can I say....absolutely brilliant! Love the choice of music and how you worked it in with the drone footage. (perfect fit with the old church and cemetery) I am so looking forward to explore Great Britain when I get there this September. Cheers, Scott 👍

    Charterhall was a night fighter training airfield, they flew mainly Bristol Beaufighters and Bristol Blenheims, the Beaufighter had a tendancy to pull to one side or the other on take off, if the throttles were not balanced right. leading to the aircraft banking into the ground.

    • @XhristinaMacey
      @XhristinaMacey  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      The Beaufighter looks like a bigger version of the Mosquito how terrible must it have been for the pilots to suffer such a malfunction. brave men Thanks for the info Buzzer best wishes

    That tree had eyes a nose and a mouth lol. That stairway was brilliant. Great that you were able to get the drone up at the old airfield. That footage was brilliant. Unusual to have a view into the burial chamber like that. Nicely filmed and edited! :-)

    • @XhristinaMacey
      @XhristinaMacey  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Urbexy. The woods around Polwarth definitely have eyes 👀 wind was blowing a gale it’s amazing how well the phantom handles the strong wind, the crypt is older than the church above I held my camera through the bars in the tiny window, the crypt is completely sealed it’s a very historic part of Polwarth being the place the first lord of Polwarth hid from the English many moons ago.
