    If they were just migrants why did the BP liaison message Mr Kelly regularly about drugs and immigrants????

      Where was that in the trial?....the millionaire so-called rancher didn`t want to say he found the body of one of the big pack members who all had rifles set on`m & yet ran away as George unloaded 9 shots...who`s fake now

    This was a thorough investigation my ass! The defense proved that!! They wanted this man’s property in my belief, the sheriff doesn’t like outsiders and grew up there. He literally said it on video. They held him on 1 million cash bond for months before his defense argued this was unfair. He used his property as collateral.

      I have nine answers for your rant that are similar to old Georgie`s response to the two critters rolling down his tumble weed ranch...and he didn`t have a go fund me that gave him one mil & that`s from real fake news reporters I suppose, eh scoop

    Completely implausible argument. There's no way the state's story makes sense without there being any ballistic evidence on anything within the supposed direction of aim.

      the dead body was in direct line to the house and patio and what about all the shell casings on the patio and the fact no other gun casings were found anywhere else. Guy is guilty of murder.

      @@TJ-so9xo "Direct line" with two fences and dozens of mesquite bushes in the way. You'd have to be a marksman to make that shot without any type of scope and an AK isn't that accurate that you wouldn't have at least one round hit a bush or any of the other hundreds of objects in the way. Kelly admitted to firing in the air so that's where the casings came from and the chances of finding casings randomly in an unknown location in the desert is asinine, not that the cops did much of an investigation considering they didn't find any body until Kelly called them back and told them there was one after they already left and called it a day. Why would Kelly call the cops at all if he did it intentionally when he could have not said anything and no one would have ever known about it? Your logic is lacking.

      @@starboard9551 all the bushes and trees are absent from the line from the house to the victm didn't you see the court trial? I was a sprinter....100 yards was my race....a gun goes off to start it....I can see the gun just fine. There were nine shell casings found by the patio. Watch the trial.

    • @starboard9551

      @@TJ-so9xo I guess you didn't see the one minute sped up drone video that shows at least one hundred bushes in the way. You obviously also have never shot an AK either because that is not an easy shot by any means, especially without a scope. Besides that there's no reason Kelly needed to call the cops to report anything so the whole foundation of your argument is ridiculous. Don't let the facts get in the way of your delusion.

  • @chuckfrezzel348
    @chuckfrezzel348 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Entry and exit wound suggest the bullet was a full metal jacket. It is not consistent with any other type of ammunition, ie. ballistic tip, Nosler partition, soft point or bow tail. All of which are designed to mushroom and or fragment at impact causing the most internal damage. An Ak-47 caliber bullet .2 unless self reloaded, is very rarely used as a hunting rifle due to the lack of ammunition other than a full metal jacket.

He should’ve stayed inside his house and let border patrol handle it. Another gun-crazed vigilante with no regard for human life. He achieved his goal. Sickening. Guilty of homicide.
