Ron Dennis was a shrewd genius who brought the team and company huge success, but 30 years of that level of intensity just created a toxic environment in my opinion, followed by some pretty apathetic caretaker managers. Zak has just beamed sunshine into the team, and you can tell from this video that that's genuinely how he is. New livery, new/old identity, ace drivers with a decent amount of experience. Sit comfortably in the mid field and keeping working hard.
