thank you for being patient waiting for this vlog! i brought up this video idea a few vlogs ago and a lot of y'all seemed interested in it, so here it is. don't take this as financial advice or anything... idk what i'm doing lol

A tip I learned recently about shredded cheese: The pre-shredded kind has a powder on it to keep it from sticking together. That powder makes tummy issues WORSE!! So now I shred my own from blocks and cheese bothers me less!

i also noticed the higher quality cheese barley affects me (tummy wise)!! so if your able to splurge on your parm or cheddar i would highly recommend it :D

The powder is just cellulose. So it’s just fiber! Maybe that’s why it makes you 💩
The pasta was so bland because you used tomato paste instead of a tomato sauce like marinara, something seasoned and meant to be eaten raw. Tomato paste is more for base flavors like soups and things to build off of:) hopefully this helps with your red sauce journey!!
About the food possibly going bad (your veggies tasting funny) there's a rule my aunt taught me: 2-2-2
2 hours on room temperature before putting it in the fridge
2 days in the fridge to eat it or before putting it in the freezer (if it's food you can freeze and reheat later)
2 months in the freezer (if it's something that's been cooked/baked already)

✨A tip for cutting onions that my mom taught me is that onions seek the closest water source and that is usually your eyes so if if you wet a paper towel and lay it on the cutting board before and while you’re cutting the onions you shouldn’t cry. Because of the onions at least✨

I cook rice for longer and add oil to make a nice crispy layer at the bottom! it's delicious! I'm half iranian and it's very common over there. You should try it, it's called 'tahdig' :)
Tomatoe paste is more for colour than for seasoning bestie
You have to add seasoning still not just the paste alone hence the bland pasta

I'm 40 and all I can say is you are off to a great start my friend :) Start investing and saving now (advice I would have given myself at your age) and if/when you can purchase real estate do it. I was an adventurer and lived in France/Italy/China/California before returning to France and have only now adulted to the extent of purchasing real estate. It didn't 'make sense' before but it could have easily been a passive source of income... Anyhoo, sorry for the random unsolicited advice, keep up the good work! I very much enjoy your content!!

yeah, the pasta would be better with heavy cream instead of cream cheese, I suggest putting heavy cream and smoked salmon because it's delicious! (this kind of recipe with heavy cream was super popular in Italy in the 80s so my mum always makes it heheh)

Hey, idk if you have one but have you ever thought about getting a bamboo plant? I recently got one and they are super easy to care for. I think mine is a lucky bamboo(?) but I just keep it inside, water it once a week, and boom! It’s doing really well so far! Idk just a suggustion 😊
