So after many success from Australia football in Asia they are envy and salty always when Australia does win something in AFC in 12 Years than those teams that have been formed since 50s-70s, that's why they hate Australia and say that they should be in Oceania, but if they follow that logic then they should let Israel return to play in AFC if they want only Asian Countries in this association or say the same about the federations of Guam or Mariana Islands but since they also suck they don't say anything and it is always against Australia's success.
Because a lot of Asian fans believe that Australia is "stealing" a spot in the World Cup from the AFC region. Ironically, these fans tend to be from the countries that never even come close to qualifying for the World Cup on their own. Australia also won their first Asian Cup after only 9 years in the region whereas some Asian countries never even reached the final before.
In my opinion Asian clubs and national teams have improved their technical and skills in the last years, Australian just got a little advantage in physical I think, being similar to European I know this for the last friendly match against Colombia, keep improving Korean and Japanese way more skilled than Australian but in football not always wins ability sometimes matches has to be fighted in a sportly way of course
Hairizal Dahrin i got your reasons and I think you're right, it was harder to play with the 5th South American than qualifying through AFC,however I want to set Mexico has never played world cup qualifying in conmebol South America, otherwise they wouldn't qualify to so many world cups like they do through concacaf (north and central america), they've just participated in club competitions, same ethnicity but not even close to South America, we not discussing about race we discussing about geographic location

Something your true asian team Bahrain couldn't do in 2005 against freaking Trinidad and Tobago or against the true Oceania power of neighbors NZ. killbot86 I agree. I was in a pub in Sydney during Asian Cup final 2011. Packed with Blue Samurai & Socceroos supporters. Japan clinched it at the end and their supporters were nothing but gracious & humble in their victory. They celebrated, but never antagonized us. Many of them bowed and said "thank you" to us as they exited the pub. They are most pleasant opposing supporters I've ever met.
