The text messages he send to his Whatapps Highschool buddies group as well as his group chat with his superiors and colleagues shows: This wasn't the first time. He felt comfortable enough to put this in writing and he didn't get reprimanded by his superiors or colleagues, they didn't express any discomfort with what he told there.
Thus this is a - at least for this specific office - a modus operandi, "just another tuesday", i.e. a systemic problem.
They need to find out who is chief in his phone contacts
Suspended without pay means that he will get terminated when all the due process is done

She can't get away with killing someone as she hasn't killed anyone. The evidence in the trial showed scientifically that she wasn't there when that disgusting clan said she was and the whole theory of the victim dying as a result of being hit by a car was physically impossible
I think the two other officers on the stand should also be looked at and Albert drinking and driving in his patrol car while leaving his firearm in the car overnight. Inexcusable and should have been fired also!

Imagine how many innocent people are in jail or how many guilty people are running free.

Proctor needs to be punished for Railroading Karen read, ignoring suspects in the house , Manufacturing Evidence via breaking Karens tail lights, then supposedly "finding " pieces days after.. while canton police could not find any. Interviewing his friends ( suspects from the house) in group setting inside their homes.. no video evidence,. Proctor lying about when he took possession of her car and putting wrong time an hour difference from the facts, etc etc. He should be criminally charged for covering up a murder by his friends.

The real downfall of the Mass. State Police goes back to 1991 when they merged with the Registry of Motor Vehicles Police and Metro Police.
To restore faith in the Srate Police, Michael Proctor needs to be terminated from employment from the agency.
