    Hey I just wanted to let you know you pronounced the phone brand name wrong. The next time when doing reviews and stuff on this phone brand company it's not pronounced Doo-Gee you don't say ga-ee it's pronounced Doo like as in ski doo which you said right and then Jee like if you said the letter ''G" by itself that's how it is pronounced Doo-Jee. But yes it's spelled Doogee so some people my think it's pronounced differently.

    So this phone is better than V Max in CPU and in addition it has a camping light?

  • @P4ND3R550N
    @P4ND3R550N ปีที่แล้ว +6

    Not the only difference, the camping light is one of the thing that differs from V Max, but V Max has Dimensity 1080 5g SoC whereas S100 Pro have only a Helio G99 4G SoC.

    • @Techtablets
      @Techtablets  ปีที่แล้ว

      True the 5G support. But the Helio G99 is actually faster than the Dimensity 1080

  • @Ceteprime
    @Ceteprime ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Hey some of you tech stuff is wrong Helio 99 is not more powerful than dimensity 1080 also s100 pro is 120htz not just 60

    • @Techtablets
      @Techtablets  ปีที่แล้ว

      S100 pro is only 60hz on my model i have. They say 120hz in the press material but mine 100% isn't confirmed with hardware info, drm info and display tester 60hz. Yes normally the G99 is slower than the Dimensity 1080. But in this case it feels better here due to optimisations.

  • @airtaxi
    @airtaxi ปีที่แล้ว +2

    On geekbench6, the Dimensity 1080 scores over 2200, but the Helio G99 doesn't seem to break 2000. Perhaps there is a difference in GPU performance?

    • @Techtablets
      @Techtablets  ปีที่แล้ว +1

    • @Techtablets
      @Techtablets  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes on their website but the phone doesn't have the 120hz option in the settings and hwinfo reports 60hz and display tester 60hz. Maybe later models come with 120hz but not my unit.

    • @MrGodofcar
      @MrGodofcar ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Techtablets That's disappointing and unbelievable. I'm glad I bought Oukitel WP19 claiming to have 90 hertz refresh rate and it does have it, but my next rugged phone has to have the following features:
      ° 22000+ mAh battery (with high optimization).
      ° Dynamic AMOLED 2x screen with 120 hertz refresh rate and max brightness of at least 1200 cd/m², protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6 or superior; low-temperature polycrystalline oxide (LTPO) OLED display backplane technology (for more efficient use of power by dynamically adjusting the refresh rate of the screen based on the content being displayed).
      ° 5G.
      ° Camping light with 1200 lumens or more so that the light beam reaches at least 60 feet while still being bright at that distance (optional: adjustable light beam).
      ° Optical image stabilization.
      ° 64+ MP night vision camera with IR light reaching at least 330 feet.

    I'm pretty flexible and can compromise BUT the dim screen was a DEAL BREAKER for me. I previously owned a blackview rugged phone that had the same issue and it was extremely frustrating when i was outside. I don't know what compelled the makers to not to give these phones a brighter display, especially like you said, since they are meant to be outdoors. The totally contradicts the purpose of the phone. Thank you for your honest review and you helped a great deal with your honesty
