I just got a 30K and it never said Preparing Headset. Pressing the ambient button does not do anything. There is no Voice Commands enable/disable in the SenaMotorcylce app. How do I enable Voice Commands?

Is the ambient mode mic behind the water proof charging port on the 30k just like the 20s evo? I have a 20s evo and the ambient mode is completely useless because of that :/
my commands do not work at all "say a command" i say a command and it run out till it says "cancel" this is highly frustrating as it work 70% of time before. I dont think it understand a british accent
Hi. With the latest version of the 30K, the activating the voice command system with the Ambient Mode Button has been removed and the voice command system can be activated with the phrase "Hey Sena". Please refer to the User's Guide for the 30K for more details. Thanks.
hi. not working. last firmware (2.3 at the moment). brand new. mike working. voice enabled. "say a command" - only after button pressed, not after "hello sena"... is not "hearing" me at all.
Strange mine works fine. The only time it dies not react to my commands is if i have my modular open while movung then it does not respond to my commands
Hey, the 30K is actually getting its own app. Since there are so many more options and settings to control. Keep an eye out, the new interface is pretty sleek. -Alyssa
Happy to hear then :-) Going forward this will become more the standard for the headsets, but the 30K will work with Bluetooth headsets as well, so you can still talk with 30K users as well. -Alyssa

Same here. It's impossible cause idiots from sena didn't update software for the utility app. I gonna change my purchase for Cardo!
I got rid of the Sena 30Ks and got a pair of Cardo Edge instead

What if the ambient button is not prompting the voice prompts also the voice command is not working even after enabling the option on the Sena app

Mine work after the upgrade, do you have a heavy accent?
@@r1sabotage no heavy accent here. And some commands are so simple.. "fm"... "hello sena"...

Why does Sena interupt my singing and say "say a command"...sod off!!! Grrrr. Very frustrating.

Sena the 30k looks good but i already have a 20s and 20s evo whats the point upgrading if i am already satisfied with them. 🤔
