3:19 Due to the negative comments about the narration, I should like to point out that the actual book begins here, with a completely different reader. One that, perhaps, people may feel less inclined to rush off and complain about! This listener is grateful for the free content and thanks @AudioBookBin for the upload.
Why do people complain when people are doin all they can for free, unreal some people ,get a life or if you have a problem with someone putting themselves out for notting go buy it.
All comments from miserable people criticising the readers. Readers who are volunteers. Besides the ones on this range from ok to very good. Volunteer yourselfs or pay for audiobooks if you want professionalism.
the whining by people who cannot appreciate volunteers and free audio is quintessentially spoilt american. the woman has been told to avoid trailing off at the end of a sentence or phrases. listen to it at 1.25 speed if you want but quit your whinging
This woman has the strangest inflection, she raises the very last part of the sentence in the way that a question is asked. But she's not asking a question. So very obnoxious having a female reading a man's writing. Librivox has LOW standards for their readers. I understand that they are volunteering, god bless them, but why can't we just be honest and say that they ruined another great book. Since they are volunteering they are supposed to be above reproach?
