Our Contact law lecturer made us aware that do give your house to caretaker, just make a tenancy agreement for the person even if 1 cedi a month , so that if you want to evict the person, you can rely on that tenancy agreement

Why do governments that lead the country don't use this law to claim back plots of land belonging to the state that has been bought by individuals or private companies?

I once bought a flight Ticket from Spain to Ghana at time when a caretaker refused to open the only room she sleep for electricians to fix electrical cables , wickedness ,they will never own a house if they keep on being that wicked,
