lorsqu'il n'y a pas de discrimination, les personnes sont soigneusement placées dans les postes en fonction de rien d'autre que des capacités (being capable entails a lot!) et surtout du bon caractère!!!
discrimination in Cameroon is 20 times the world average - tous les ministères doivent garder un œil sur toutes les formes de discrimination (if something is done, ensure it is done in all 10 regions of Cameroon) if water is being connected, roads being fixed, low cost housing being build, hospitals, schools, electricity being connected etc., it should be done in all 10 regions (when is northwest ring road project starting?)
de nombreux aspects de la discrimination peuvent être améliorés au Cameroun, si seulement le gouvernement prend le temps de s'impliquer dans sa prévention - les lieux de travail, les écoles, les entreprises, les bâtiments gouvernementaux, etc., ne doivent pas faire de commentaires, d'intimidation, de blagues ou toute forme de geste qui pourraient donner l'impression qu'ils sont victimes de discrimination (toutes les formes de discrimination observées doivent être signalées et les personnes qui estiment qu'il est acceptable de taquiner les autres doivent être licenciées -la discrimination et l'intimidation ne sont pas autorisées!

Michael, si vous et votre équipe faites cela correctement, la prochaine récolte sera bien meilleure que ça! nous sommes en route pour venir vous aider à le faire! nous avons besoin d'autant de CMRs que possible surtout du nord-ouest et du sud-ouest dans l'agriculture pour nourrir la nation et pourquoi pas en emballer pour l'exportation plutôt que certains jeunes gaspillant leur vie à vagabonder/terroriser, kidnapper et tuer en oubliant qu'ils ne resteront pas jeunes éternellement!!! ils vieilliront et ne pourront pas courir terroriser les autres partout pour rien
Michael, ça tombe même bien! on a même besoin d'y aller à Oku chercher encore du miel d'Oku (qui va gravir ces collines d'Oku pour nous eyyy, pour le miel d'Oku de la source, il vaut la peine!)et apprendre à danser le Njang. les Kom Boys s'exhibent/vantent trop avec la danse traditionnelle Njang dans le quartier!!! nous allons en profiter apprendre le danser, pour pouvoir leur montrer aussi dans le quartier - mieux encore, on va aller voir le Fon de Nso (Fon of Nso, one of the Greats!)
the mothers of the northwest and southwest are asking for those causing terror to stop! ask any mother who has lost a child or husband whether it should be so? so PEACE can be maintained indefinitely! from all indications they want peace and all the terror acts and killing to stop - there can be no peace if others think it is ok to kidnap others for ransom, breaking into the businesses of others to steal and kill! the northwest and southwest are faced with enemies of their own kind! their own children causing them to not live freely (if the NW/southwest youths continue, they have the most to lose than anybody else)
security needs to be stepped up and the elites from those regions should not keep doing the least to prevent it from continuing (you know who they all are and where they are hiding) northwest and southwest youths and all those encouraging terror in Cameroon, you all do not know how lucky you are, Cameroon is all you have on earth and if you destroy it by your own doing there is no other place you will run to!!! and this idea of government this that and other, it only means if any of you are in government it will not be any better - so act differently! and stop continuing to believe some uneducated fool in the diaspora can help you plan your region for you better than yourselves by asking to go around kidnapping and doing all kinds stupid unproductive things - they are increasingly leading you all in the wrong direction like a flock/herd of sheep (it is so astonishing how some of you keep allowing them to destroy the region from the internet without ever coming on ground zero - really astonishing how people can allow themselves to be brainwashed to the point of actually killing/taking a life!) we will like to plead, you all stop listening to them and hurting each other for no reason - you do not go up by killing and destroying, rather you only go down!
every society/community needs law and order - do not allow some idiots brainwash you into trading your freedom for insecurity, because all you be doing is embarking in a downward spiral - evident in how some of you have achieved nothing since you embarked! so, NW and SW we suggest you engage yourselves in the more productive affairs of your communities like Michael and team, chima international and many others are doing
NW/SW, your soil has soaked in too much blood, there is the need for land cleansing
