    Thank you . I use 5 earl gray teabags in a litre of room temperature water with rind of 1 orange and 3 sprigs of mint. Stir and cold brew in fridge for 6 hours (reduces tannins). Strain and serve over ice.
    Agree on sugar syrup if have sweet tooth! Will try baking sofa. Good idea. Thanks for video

    Don’t squeeze the bags and look up how to make clear ice. I buy clear ice at the market, but only on weekends, the rest of the week we use cloudy ice. My kids say… “can we have weekend ice?!”

    Would you still use the baking soda if you made regular tea and not sweet tea? Like my tea plain....no milk....no sugar::)))

      You could give it a shot. I find unsweetened tea with filtered water is quite crisp

      Hi Paul- I added baking soda to my tea and I totally get it. I think the soda reacts to the tannins in the tea and helps to neutralize the bitterness. My next batch I will use more because my tea was still cloudy. Isn't science awesome.. 🙂 thanks for the recipe. I enjoy your videos. -Cathy

      Glad you tried it out!!

    • @bobski7032
      @bobski7032 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It dissolves the tannins which causes the cloudiness essentially what Cathy said

      And I think it takes the acid/tannins out. (Neutralizes the acid).
