    맞아요. 추워져서 예열을 잘 해야 해요ㅠㅠ 요즘 러닝이랑 평행봉, 줄넘기는 밖에서 하고, 집에서 턱걸이, 덤벨, 스쾃 하고 있는데
    어제는 준비운동 짧게 하고 바로 뛰었더니 무릎이 아프더라구요.
    시간이 오래 걸려도 준비운동, 정리운동은 꼭 해야겠어요. ㅠㅠㅠ

    헤이든님, 저희 집창고에 로잉이 없어요. 21칼-핸푸-토2바 10세트 와드 따라하고 싶은데요. 21칼 로우 대신 무얼 하면 대체가 될까요? ^^

      저도 버피 21개 or 런 350m or 더블언더 100개 정도로 대체하는 거 좋을 거 같아용!
