I purchased the blower pulveriser but it is not at all suitable for masala. The jali gets stucked often . The same problem happened while grinding red chilli. I sharpened the one side edges of the cutter Pattis which come in striking position of the teeth above and since then getting good results. I would suggest to make the said improvements in the cutter blades. If instead M.S. material, other hard material is used for the cutting blades it would make the grinding fine. Also think to redesign the teeth- make more teeth with less angle. I don't understand why have you painted the hammers and ctters ? The colour wll cause problems.
Blower pulverisers are not suitable for spices having oil content (dry chilies, coriander, jeera etc.) I use jali with 1mm hole and break these spices first into smallest size and then use my traditional A2 and A3 machines to grind into fine powder. You re right... manufacturer shouldn't be painting hammers. Sorry to say but many indian manufacturers do JUGADU kaam. We hardly see good finishing in Indian machines.
bhai. the machine is used to process food so painting hammer and blade is not suitable as per food safety standards. there are scratches on the hammer in the video. it means the dry paint mixed in the spice while grinding. pls don't paint contact parts. i have used such pulversier in the past and results are good.
