-Do not operate with the hammer or rechargeable harmful hand tools when installing or removing loadcells. It may damage your system.
-If welding is necessary, shut down electric from the main panel to prevent electric shock accidents and fire.
-While welding, grounding must be close to welding area.
-Balance is very important for correct weighing. The hopper should be stable.
-Cement aeration hose must be clean. Check the aeration hose at least once a month.
-Cement discharge area must be clean. Check this area at least once a week.
-Maintenance of Loadcells is one of the important issues. Checking them at least every 6 months will ensure correct weighing.
-While calibrating the loadcells, the weights provided on the hopper are measured. This process is repeated by increasing the weights proportionally until the correct result is obtained.
-If gaining the wrong results, Loadcell should be replaced with the new one.
