Thanks! Yeah, this wasn't crazy but the path is awesome fun regardless. Once I get a helmet (at least) I'll go a bit harder. Also gotta work on stops. Skated my whole life but never learned them (powerslides, etc., I don't use a brake, I just pirouette). :-O
Someone who wants to skate faster, learn to slide, and use a helmet: three things that I like to hear, especially together. Good stuff. Some inspiration: www.online-skating.com/articles-3390-which-braking-technique-for-downhill-skating.html
From the looks of your profile pic you know all about pizza, huh? ;) It's at least a 50 foot descent. Probably more like 60-70. I got up to 15+ mph without skating. That's downhill...
Really chill, but a good place to start.

well, it depends on the distance that such descent takes place. I mean even 100 feet over long distance is not steep.
Speed is what matters and I had it, it just doesn't show on video--never does. Besides, the entire path is downhill. It's literally downhill...
ok man ok
Don't worry I will get crazier once I get a freaking helmet! :)
