My awakening happened fast and quick. Once it was cemented, All weight I’ve accumulated Over the years seemed to melt off of me. Kundalini awakenings are incredibly intense and I wish I knew what was happening to me then as a person with abilities. Anyone looking to purposely awaken their kundalini should have a trusted person at their side if doing so. You got this. You’re not crazy. It’s real.
Adult same with me, the cementing period took a while and is still occurring in some ways. You’re right they are intense. I wouldn’t advise anyone to forcefully awaken kundalini, but I don’t think that’s what you’re saying.
Jamie Munday no you’re right we’re on the same page sfjjjhbv I feel like I’m in the post shadow of it however I realize when that same kundalini energy rises back up it can also be linked to energy shifts taking place and it can resurface old wounding (especially around awakenings) so I get the feeling, luck to you with your path!

@@jay8992 My experience was in 1994, my top chakra exploded, I became clairvoyant.....my mother was dying.......4 Angels appeared before me and told me they were gonna take her.....AND...I couldn't go with her. It was not my time. ...BEINGS OF LIGHT...... we are all really beings of light.......and very fine light of a higher frequency. A lot of stuff happened....they use music, it was a musical experience for me. They used one of my songs.....ha ha HEY.....I lived......but there were many times with the energy going thru me....I didn't think I would make it....
I discovered that it is an intelligent kundalini energy, I simply spoke to her in my heart, she understood me and we learned to be friends, it was not easy, but not difficult either 😊I drank a lot of water and believed in it, my body has changed, I am much more beautiful and happier, I try to stay away from negative energy and the people who emanate it, I have a clean mind anything negative comes I stop and replace with divinity
Thankyou brother! I had mine about 6 months ago now. I got blasted into the astral realm at the same time and traversed through different realms. The most blissful, scary, painful, eye opening and life changing period of my life. Hypersensitivity was and still is insane. I feel like I'm getting electrocuted if I go into the city or certain suburbs. It is slowly stabilising.. The part where you talk about no mind is as true as it gets. Its beautiful but also dis-orientating at times literally having nothing go through my mind. I'm now in a space where I am learning when to engage in thought. It has to be a conscious act. Not many have been able to understand this when I explain it to them. The energy blasted out every bit of darkness within me. Processed for hours and hours every day. And it is still occurring 6 months later. Nothing can hide... I'm glad I'm not alone and others are walking along the path with me
In eastern cultures peopke who have had Kundalini awakening are taken under care and support in Ashrams... I wish i had someone , at least one person who could understand what had happened to me'.. Total isolation and total lack of insight and compassion from those around, even the closest family members made the sufferi g and burden hundred times worse than it could be if i had some wise person to "hold my hand" and to hold space for me. My Kundalini awakening was a very traumatic experience for the first 12 months with short frequent bursts of orgasmic blissful kundalini rising events. And even now after almost 5 years i havent seen much people catering for those who are having spontaneous kundalini awakening. Blessed is what you do to support them! Thank you

When I experienced my kundalini awakening I remember feeling the Oneness with the Universe. It as an amazing experience, after the fiery energy that went through my head I had to gasp for air, then when I woke up I felt pure love for all. Now I meditate everyday to allow thoughts to pass and feel that stillness.
Knowing that what I have experienced is nothing new really helps; and where this video ends is exactly where I am right now, extremely supportive and encouraging.

Jamie and others: I am a first wave who awakened in 1987 (that's right). Today I am 69 years old. I am in a hyperactive kundalini cycle right now and the energy is the highest it has ever been. I have stories like Blue Stripes and Grace Kirk, NDEs, OBEs, psychic gifts, and have been rewired completely, to what I have determined is now about 237 watts and increasing now at a quantum rate. This is the long, slow upgrade necessary to increase our ability to run more and more electromagnetic, higher dimensional energy (God energy) and evolve to the next level of "human?" existence on earth. Compare with the eel who operates at 600 to defend itself and you see how interesting this is. I also have the skin sparkles that so many are talking about and the luminescent eyes, ringing in the ears, etc., etc., and know that after 33 years on the path I am close, very close, to evolving to the next level of humanoid currently taking its rightful place on this planet. I share this information with only my twin daughters, who are my "support group." Frankly, I do not know anyone else where I live that is at the stage that I am. I will share something else with you. On one of my NDEs I was taken to my soul's home in the Pleiades. I am a volunteer, it would seem, to bring in the light, anchor the light which is the only thing that can save this planet, which was at the point of self destruction by nuclear war. Thus the need for outside planetary/spiritual assistance to trigger ascension. Source wants this planet saved because of its beauty, but moreso because of the damage an exploding planet would do to the quantum holographic universe -- but not for the homo sapiens who are currently destroying this gem and have refused the very generous offer to ascend. Having been "reminded" of who I really am I didn't want to come back here. But I have not completed my assignment, so here I am. That was six years ago. I really continue to raise the vibration for the good souls on this planet, including my enlightened human family whose souls are human, not walk ins like me. All of you are on the right path. Do not lose hope. As tumultuous as things appear right now, the "hand" of Source is working behind the scenes. "God" works in mysterious ways and we are a part of that mystery. Each day I look forward to further awakening to my true self, while at the same time being homesick for my "City of Light" in the galaxy. It's been 5 years that QI or Prana flow through my body, Qi is not strong enough to make Kundalini awake still, but I know it will happen. I saw you mentioned about your body healing, I am very interested in this point. I lost 2 teeth so far, and I feel that I will lose more teeth, but I think I will get new teeth in the end. I had an kundalini awakening last week. I didn't know anything about this stuff. This is all new to me. I was confused of what was happening to me. My whole body is in pain. My spine and chest hurts the most. My throat feels tight. My mind is quiet.... too quiet, but clear. I used to have a million things running around at different paces. But it seem to be focused. I'm reserved and in solitude. I think I have lost my identity. I tried to talk to my family about it, but they think I need to see a psychologist. Thank you for this video.
wow 2 mins in and now I realize why I lost ALLLLLL the weight I had- im tiny already and I had months of having to supplement with protein just to keep a healthy weight. It literally dropped off at an alarming rate. I didnt realize at the time- 5 years ago- that I had been going through a kundalini awakening. I was just having a super crazy time and had no reference for it back then. I found out about 1-2 years later, when my whole life had fallen away and I was trying to decide what my new life was supposed to look like. Fabulous videos Jamie, really enjoying them.

18 years ago, i experienced what it means paradise on earth. I actually have no idea how and when it happened. One Day i was my normál self and the Next Day i was living the awakened life. My mind was still, i was living completely in the pre sent moment. I ve seen beauty in every little thing. I felt grateful, i felt my energy shining through me, as if i was a Sun. Every one i met reacted to me by smiling. When a thought Arrived that i need something (for example i needed a new purse because the old one got broken)... Next Day i would received the purse from a stranger without even asking. . I was living in púte bliss. I remember i could feel my higher self. Every Day i would hug myself with sooo much love and gratitude. My ekzema has disapeared and my Skin became like the softest babies Skin. It lasted for 3 Months. Living the bliss. Loving myself uncondicionally. Being so grateful without trying to be grateful. And as it Arrived, it disapeared. I became veeeery depressed that i lost it. I couldnt get to that being in the present moment and loving myself that deeply anymore. For Next 10 years i was trying to relive it. But it wasnt happening. Than i gave up. I m living like avarage human now. I m not trying to get there. It Was just given to me. It came to me very smoothly and unnoticebly.withput any symptons. I have no idea why. I am just very interested to know, what was it, why did it happen? Its not like People who got all this other symptons...
Sonia B hey Sonia, really great to hear you here. Same here with the spontaneous experience and exactly the same things happened after. Except the experience I had led me to a teacher. He taught me yoga and pranayamas in order to stabilise my life. His teachings are alive in my heart and it’s from that perspective that I’ve been sharing ever since. I’m about 2 weeks into my Kundalini Awakening (my awakening to oneness and insight happened almost 2 years ago) which so far has been this intense head pressure after a few hours in the blissful no-thought state. I know I’m not supposed to question it but having an autonomous blob of pressure-cooker like energy acting up in my head has been daunting at times.
I don’t know anyone who I can speak to about these changes nor anyone who has been through it.
So this video has really been a comfort and a guiding light. So from the deepest part of my heart thank you for sharing your wisdom and experience.
And also from a less deep part of mg heart, omfg you’re so fucking stupidly gorgeous. 😣😣😣

I'm loving this. Very accurate from my experience. I was surprised by the weight description. Feels far-fetched in a way, only I remember a friend telling me I looked 'strung out' a year after I woke up. I did loose a lot of weght and get kind of tight and severe. Never made the connection.
Also appreciate your emphasis on 'using' the bliss moments well. It took me years to figure that out. In truth, I feel like I never gave it the proper credence and I'm 20 years since my Awakening.
I like you. You are doing good work. I really appreciate the balance of insight and humility. Very special. Easy to trust that you are following your heart and divine guidance. I have an easy time appreciateing your strengths in this. I believe you'll find I have some unique gifts to offer as well.
I woke up in 1999. Very similar to your discription, almost all elements. Very lonely. No youtube then, no teachers who understood, lots of people seemed to think I was crazy. Had to hold it tight and deep and leave a lot of friends. I was blessed to have a strong family and some friends who stuck with me. I started yoga. I learned about chakras. I got an emdr therapist and did deep trauma healing work.
About seven years after awakening, I went through a second transition. It - finally - settled a lot of issues that the initial awakening induced. I met an Angel - Thoth - in my dreams and he taught me how to activate 12 Chakras. I learned to focus my mind and spirit. I became more intential, and learned how to protect against energetic incursions. I learned to clear myself and ground, almost at will.
Since then I've worked with these 12 energy centers in a manner that completely balances many of the extremes and confusions that so many people (so many of you) go through with Kundalini Awakenings. Been 12 years I've been doing it like this, and I've been teaching people in person for much of that time.
I began a channel a year ago. Mostly just made the videos. Now I'm sharing them.

Hi Jaimie! I've just come across your channel literally today and it's been giving me a lot more clarity on what's going on with me. I had a crazy awakening in the last 2 weeks, that changed my life forever. I experienced bliss probably 3-4 times. The second time was the most intense one of my life but none of them lasted more than a few hours. I think it may be because I was in school as well. During that second-most intense bliss experience, I literally had an exam 10 minutes after and had to do the exam in that state which may have weakened it a bit because my entire existence just wanted to go outside and explore in nature but I couldn't. Anyways, I smoked marijuana last Friday for the first time since the awakening (out of old impulses rising up again) and instantly decided that I never want to do it again because it did not make me feel good like it used to. Ever since that night, I've felt like I may have " reversed" the awakening a a little bit. I've felt very energetically drained, I feel like my spirit is weakened and I can't seem to get out of my mind with my thoughts racing again and I feel like I'm searching for that bliss like a drug addict. I'm scared I'll never be able to experience it again and that I didn't go and explore in that state when I had the chance to because of school. I feel like my mind keeps repeating my intense bliss experience over and over, which is making me go further from it because my mind is obsessing over it. I have nobody in my life that is able to guide me or help me and I've just been going through all this alone. I haven't read much or watched many videos about spiritual knowledge so I am completely lost right now. If you could give me some advice and guidance I would really appreciate it because I feel like I somehow let the best thing that could ever happen to be slip away, yet I'm unable to return back to who I was before and I'm just in this weird exhausted limbo state right now.

This has been the most informative video I've seen following my Kundalini Awakening. Mine began on All Hollows Eve and completed on the fifth of November. It was triggered by communicating with my Twin Flame. Im definitely still feeling the high of it all! Wow. I started meditating a few months ago after having been in a dark depression for years and was desperate to escape it and willing to try anything so I dove in.
I started learning about chakras, hooked on meditation, practicing a bit of yoga bc it was helping so much.
I felt this amazing internal peace and connectivity to everything that was absolutely blissful but a few weeks ago I began experiencing shortnes of breath, pressure... it scared me and made me panic, still does.
I've been having headaches (rarely had prior to), muscle pain all over my body but particularly my lower back that is horrible, have completely rejected meat in my diet which was sudden, feeling like an overcharged ball of energy, past trauma being triggered and feeling hyper emotional, forgetting everything, feeling isolated from others, synchronicity central...
I had no idea what kundalini was. Now I know. As difficult as some of it is (the body and muscle pain bc I haven't been able to maintain my exercise regimen so I'd love to know how to be rid of that), it's the 1st time in my life I've felt so spiritually connected and at peace and at times a genuine internal sense of joy that I hope to hang onto as long as I can bc I have battled severe depression for a very, very long time.
This was great, absolutely subbing but would appreciate any advice (especially the muscle aches and pains bc exercise is my go to for release and right now the pain in my back is intense).

I lost a lot of weight in a matter of a couple of weeks and I was 130lbs and 5’3, so people were seriously concerned when in a blink of an eye I weighed 110, but at the same time they were telling me “you look so much younger, and happy!” “ you look like you’re a kid again.” They were weirded out and confused for sure, but they couldn’t say anything negative bc of the positivity I was radiating. Then the dark night came. Now I’m back to 130 lol
Forgot to say, Hope you do carry on with the what your setting up. Its a fab como, again not seen the 2 together. it was exactly what I needed when I needdd it and I got quite a postive vib and I gut feeling and if theres 1 there going to be many, and what wil they be thinking or needing " I wasn't expecting that.......or I didn't think it be like this so what do I do now but we all need help at the start but that the universe is sooo clever best way to learn, sit up and take notice but that life full of surprises lol . My current path is I'm clearing throughout my being all areas of resentment, fear, pain, forgiving all who have harmed me, real or in my mind, just allowing my 3 D perceptions, constructs and beliefs to leave me by allowing Spirit to control my being. It's like moving toward the awakening and cleansing at the same time. I allow Spirit to transform me as I do NOT want to "make it happen" as I've heard of a person ending up paralyzed for their

I’ve just come across your channel and I’m literally tearing up. I never use spiritual tools but recently started to implement them into my practice and I pulled the blue flame card. Meaning kundalini awakening, I’ve been seeing signs for a while but just been getting on with my life. But yesterday I had what I thought was a quantum leap, I had an overwhelming sensation in my body and tingling hands, I felt like I physically had a new body and started crying. But it was the most beautiful moment I have continued to get little burst of flutters and energy through out my body. I never through it was a kundalini awakening because I though that you feel it in your sign and I thought it felt like burning. That’s what I heard anyway but your video really spoke to me! Is there any way of knowing its this x

I believe I experienced this recently but most of these manifestations haven't happened yet- I felt a dramatic electrical vibration through my body starting with my feet and moving up and out the top of my head lying down in bed, but fully awake- I had been on a Spirit Journey for a year and experiencing some visual, auditory experiences at night that I took for Spirits but since this electrical manifestation, I am awakened several times/night to see visual images of electrical charges dancing around my room, when I close my eyes, daytime or night, I see the night sky (sometimes at night even after I open my eyes, my room is that same night sky image with the atmosphere, mountains with moving images of images of deities)...and now when this happens, I feel an urging to "fly" into that space...I have control over whether I do this or not and so I have made myself wake up so I don't "fly away"- I did not even know what a KA was, I eschewed all psychedelic drug experiences in my youth because I am a grounded person (nature/earth lover)- I am trying to let go and let it take me where it leads, slowly. I know I shouldn't intellectualize this too much, I am open to it, but right now it is kind of freaking me out but mostly disallowing me to sleep well so I live in a fog during the days..I stopped trying to meditate because all of this happens every time- I have never done yoga or deep meditation in my 61 years. I do believe I called this experience to me, but didn't expect this dramatic of a shift-or certainly out-if-body type experience... any advice?

I learned to ground myself standing with bare feet on the ground
true. I lost my belly after I awakened. I guess part of the reason is that I lost my interest in food especially red meat. I found the spiritual pleasure is so much higher that taste.
Wow am planning to do it through my guru but he will decide to do it through distance .

It's like you wake up and everything around you looks and feels like you are characters in a game/program but there's a point where you are still in it whilst having this awareness. That's where I feel I am atm

There is nothing practical about having an awakened kundalini......I became clairvoyant, had a ghost with me......I was not ready for it. She was gorgeous though, looked like Selma Hyhek......what a sense of humor too. Talk about laughing....omg...
My mind wasn't blown apart because I've always been highly spiritual i was born with an overactive third eye and my vibrations at their base have always been high. I've always been pure energy and I've always known who I Am. Instead of losing my sense of sense my sense of self was clarified and affirmed ,what happened is everything I knew intuitively was affirmed... I felt peace,stillness and a sense of self... being that I Am the universe. I experienced A surge of energy,insight and foresight in the form of epiphanies,truth and love.
Our experiences differ depending on how far along our path we each are. The headaches and nausea however are the constant as your body detoxifies and raises its vibration
And the beautiful thing about this is it does not contravene Christian beliefs. God is not the Universe.... he sustains it. We are the Universe. He sustains us. So when we seek from the universe we seek from our selves and when we seek and ask of God. We seek from the source.

I had my mind blowing spontaneous Kundalini awekening 8 years ago. At times i am having difficulties because i can not relate to most people anymore. I am not interested into the same things anymore unless if it is for soul grouth and evolution . I am enjoying life but i am so lonely and confused at times . YOu talked about a suport group Jamie ? Wow that was the most powerful message I've heard and needed to hear I have experienced every word you said I have awakened and felt the afterwards affect the pain the negative creation that was in my state of mind I had to rechannel all off it to get out off the 3rd dimension again religion did a negative part too. Not all belief is bad but to grow spiritually and when you experience kulindini you know anything that was before cannot be again being blinded is not a option. Thanks for your video. Very informative. Agree 100%. I awakened the energy within by doing the inner work based on early Christianity, or the mystics. Much forgiveness, prayer and wanting to change my old habits and boom! I had no idea what hit me and I had to process much fear that much misinformed Christians have about this. Demons, possession, entities blah blah. I asked myself, if I was doing all this work on myself to purify myself and become a conduit of the mother/ father god then why would I receive a burdensome experience? This is the true awakening and religion has not part in all of this. If Christians only knew that the whole bible allegorically is about them, there inner journey. There is so much kundalini mentioned in the book of revelation but unfortunately the dark sayings are not understood by those who read and try to grasp it with the carnal mind. boem.this energy started on my leg just crawling toward my upperbody and once around my face its exploded Wave of Heat came upon me my body started vibrating and i had electricity all over my body it felt like im sitting in an electric chair in an burning house i was dizzy as well and the next day i felt.this peace
love forgiveness i had empaty toward other people i felt protected by God
it was an supernatural expierence
My KA actually happened in a church after praying and deeply repenting worshipping meditating even chanting a little nom meyoho renge keo for a whole hour a day for 30 days(any time I was interrupted by wandering in my mind or noises I started the time over) followed by a 3 day water fast inside the church I felt the holy spirit mentally ask me if he could come and I said yes - then I started hearing water loud and rushing it started slowly and i finally realized the sound was coming from me, my body, my belly and moving up til i was FILLED to overflowing. I and the whole place was surrounded by an intense light & i saw what felt and looked like rivers of water coming out of my mouth...spilling over no breathing required during this time...idk it was wild but true and then i began briefly speaking in tongues, i also noticed when watching the waterfall which disappeared when it hit the floor a white dove flying around inside the church and fire dancing over the heads of some people while they were praying. Then I saw Jesus and fell to my knees then prone to worship him and he waived me with his hand to not but to rise and indicated he was as I. I saw a chariot that flew into the church which enlarged to fit it inside but it could fly through walls (like an Ezekiel chariot) Jesus didn't speak but indicated that I couldn't go in it yet. In a blink of an eye I was back in the present in the church and it was all gone - but the dove. Lastly the dove was gone too but when I left the church I put my hand through a wooden hand rail three times. I tried to show others but they were all hurridly leaving 1 person saw it but they left. Walking to my car I saw through the wall of a house also across the street where a man and his child a boy were sitting at a table eating the man turned and looked toward me like he was sensing my looking. I parked my car a ways away and just sat in it for over an hour blown away. Happened 40+ years ago I'm 64 now, and I didn't know what a KA was for many years. Happened in the Huntington Beach, California area at Calvary i was clean and sober at the time no pot nada. That was the only time I have ever spoken in tongues and it was interpreted but I was so overwhelmed by it all I couldn't hear her well enough to know what she said and at that time i had never heard of speaking in tongues or witnessed it, or what the interpretation of tongues was.
