It's not always an option. I've learned too Side Walk more to be evasive but at least Feng isn't Xiaoyu, Lei, Zafina or Alisa levels of Evasion, so I give him a break a little.
The last match was winner takes all, of course. That's how we did it back in arcades. Last match right before closing is the only one that matters lol.

i would only say he's annoying/obnoxious to fight if you don't know how to fight him very well the gameplan you'd want going up against feng is to just sidestep everything since he has pretty much no tracking good fengs obviously know how to make it work though
If it doesn't fit in the incredibly limiting tiny mishima box then it's "not real tekken". I don't dislike mishima players at all but sometimes their attitude towards other characters is just insufferable and ridiculous.

Feng has been strong in every season tbh. You generally don't see him much because he seems to not be popular at all, but he's always been a high tier character. He is a strong all-around character with tools for every situation and godlike evasion. People tend to underrate him a bit because they don't see him much, but he's solid af.

I've had a lot of trouble fighting good Feng players over the years, I feel how TMM felt lol. I decided to play Feng seriously to better understand the match up. While Feng is indeed super strong and very evasive using him effectively against high level players is almost as hard (in my personal experience) as most of the cast. I'm a heihachi main so ofc Feng was easier in comparison. This guy is a Feng master so to speak I'd be afraid of him haha. The main thing I did learn against Feng is let him create the pace of the match, unless you get a solid read on timings. Over extending just a tad against a well timed kempo we all know what happens haha. Also I found jab checking Feng is not a great plan due to the launching punch parry. Get a life lead and be patient is the best plan! Hope anyone reading this has a great day! 👍
Problem is, he also has a great rushdown game so blocking forever is a losing position and he has alot of good ways to beat keep out too, such as db3 and his low shoulder attack.

I personally play super defensive against Feng it's not to hard being a turtle. But I was not saying block forever, but try to find the players timings then go for the openings. Feng may seem cheap but like all characters of Tekken he has weaknesses, I main Feng Wei in my own personal opinion which I’m entitled to he is one of the best characters I’ve played, he is complex to read when you don’t know his stuff OR someone is playing him unorthodoxed which makes him harder to fight because it not the stereotypical way everyone plays him.
