she's brazilian and lives in brazil (despite her online presence being mostly in english). harder to launch "globally" that way (usually it happens via major label records from the first world, appearing in shows and festivals or going viral on the internet nowadays)
You need high quality original work to be famous. And while she have some, most of her videos are covers. There's a lot of talented people doing covers, no shame in that. But covers aren't going to make you big star.
And I think that the back vocal actually amost managed to ruin this amazing cover. Not like he can't sing or anything like that, to my ears he kinda did too much there, out of place.

I enjoyed this! It sounded so good as a duet and with the natural bass tone of your voice. The deeper tones of the guitar and bass also added that heavy edge. “Decode” is a moody, distressing song to begin with, so this ponderous version does it justice.

Funny thing is that out of all the youtube covers done by female singers Violet Orlandi was the only one that didn't tune down from the original key in order to sing. She might be a Mezzo, but her range is beyond that. Great, great singer. (The Frontman for Barbie Sailors also does a great job... also a really good lead).

So I just bounced around a few covers of this song, including Fist to Elevens version. Many are good but this one is really the best, even rivaling Paramore's original. I have seen a few songs with you and Barbie and your voices work so great together. I hope you plan on doing more with him.
