The sides of Soobin that he shows to fans/on camera are very sweet. I'm glad he's TXT's leader. I think, comparing RM and Soobin as leaders is kind of comparing apples and oranges. BTS is an (almost completely) self-made group, so it's not just RM's responsibility to liaise between TXT and BigHit/HYBE but also his responsibility to guide the group in terms of their music, production, message, and image. But as was mentioned in the first chapter of the guide, TXT is _not_ self-produced, though they do contribute to their music. Soobin doesn't have the responsibility of creating TXT's music or message, but he _does_ have the responsibility of helping the team interpret it and make their thoughts known to the company in a way that keeps the relationship between the company and the members healthy and productive. It's probably very good that he's less assertive on many issues, _except_ (as seen in this video) protecting his members. He's very easygoing, even though he's quiet, which makes him an easy person to interface with if staff from the company or a production studio or something like that need to talk to the members. Every txt member is taller than every BTS and Straykids member they are tall! The shortest is Taehyun at 5’11 the tallest is Soobin 6’2 (they were 6’1 & 5’10 during debut)

Set roles are less and less common in new gen kpop, alot of 4th and most 5th gen have no set roles at all besides leader nowadays. It's very good though set roles do nothing but hold members back
