  • I have installed Airtel broadband and dth connection two months back for FREE
    but after two months they had called me to ask whether I would be paying the bill for my surprise .

    Don't buy airtel fiber
    Same situation sales person tell prepaid after i that customer telling airtel is not prepaid only postpaid
    Lastly i payed 1000 😢

    I was interested in Airtel Black.
    They called me and i shared my address. They said it's feasible location.
    After i booked 6 month and paid 4k
    They installed DTH next day i appreciate it. But for fibre connection it's pending for 5 days. They say the box is not near to me. Not feasible

    Even prepaid connection like ACT fibernet needs to be disconnected by sending a disconnection mail

    Airtel Black:
    It is a indirect trap you need to pay for all the services in one bill (Fiber, DTH and phone bill) every month
    It is a pure postpaid you need to pay bill every month if you are using or not using. (prepaid connection will disconnect but postpaid no option need to pay the bill)
    If your are not in home for 6 months they wont consider bill will continuously generate and its painful :(
    if all the services are available separately we can control our billing but here it is not possible.
    For me also they told initially prepaid then i came to know it is postpaid :(
    Everyone is working hard and earning money for their family but someone take the money intermediately giving false promises :(
    we can go for prepaid only but they wont tell the pre-paid plans properly

    This is happening widely, now Kotak bank issued me Platinum card, Rs 750 charges. Also issued a credit card with out my permission

    airtel started cheating , whos responsibility for solving this. same to me yesterday. airtel employee convinced me your paying too much. make initiated to connect its post paid .

    Adhu eppadi Airtel technician/ sales person mattum ippidi yemathuranga? Yenakum two months na use pannatha broadband ku thevai illama 800 rs +800rs =1600 rs waste aagiduchu I was in 700rs plan ! Shame on Airtel for cheating their customers!

    Basic knowledge illa ma yeadutha ippadi tha pannuvanga. Airtel sales people miss use it. It's not problem with Airtel.

    Pl pay the bill and give written letter to cancel the connection. If they will send legal notice fron high court chennai to appear for hearing. Because you have signed and agreed all trrms and conditions.

    I too got cheated from Airtel they upgraded my broadband connection with free charge but they charged me! I enquired this from customer care she said it’s not free ! 😡So I disconnected my Airtel and brought Tata fiber ! Try jio fiber cheapest and best we don’t get jio fiber in our area so had to opt Tata instead!

      Moreover enaku Airtel Inga suthama network ha illa nenga broadband apply pannurathuku before unaga area la endha network nalla iruku nu check pannuga then choose wisely

      I'm using Airtel broadband for more that 12 years. Never faced any issues with billing. Airtel as a service provider doing a great job. In the 12 years not even day net was down. Great infrastructure. Only sales executive of Airtel doing. We should little more careful with sales.
