Leo's control when using cloud is so insane, and i think his cloud is better then Komo's tbh no offense... Leo's movement, and attacks when using cloud are so precise its ridiculous. mad props to Larry as well hes always putting up a battle, and always bounces back eventually
Clever Name thats true, fox speed might give him so many gimps and combos yet leo just has so much control, maybe larry has to fight more good clouds as leo has fought thousands of good foxes in mexico.
I think that the 2gg wil define top 5. ZeRo, Salem, Nairo, Tweek and Leo have had awesome seasons. Only one thing is sure for me, and that is ZeRo will be either first or second. Other than that, anything can happen.
If ZeRo wins 2ggc he's most likely to be 2nd in the PGR, but still depending on his spot he still has big chances of getting it, after all besides Salem he's the only one with two S tier wins, unless Leo, Nairo, Dabuz (or Tweek with an S+) win 2ggc

And the fact he has been so consistent placing 9th or better at every S tier (and assiting all of them) is really impressive. He might be 1st. ZeRo's worst placing was 13th at MkLeo Saga and he did not assist to FE Saga.
I main fox and I love fox to death but I'm really starting to realize that it is hard for fox to compete on a pro level. Like Fox is good and his ranking in the game makes sense but why does it seem like when any fox player makes a few mistakes that game is over from them while other characters have more wiggle room to mess up. is it because fox is truly balanced and other character are not? thoughts?
The difference between Fox and Cloud here is that Fox is a very complicated character and Cloud is a char that focuses more on the basics. As Fox, you need to optimize a lot of stuff (Neutral, Punish game, Combos, Recovery) in order to use him at the top of his potential, whereas Cloud has a lower skill ceiling and a whole lot easier to pick up but has more exploitable weaknesses (Bad recovery, large hitbox and a fast fall speed, which makes him vulnerable to combos and gimps). In conclusion, Fox is a good character if you use him well, but is horrible if you make mistakes, and Cloud has very exploitable weaknesses but can also exploit other characters weaknesses very well.

I think the MU is even-ish, 55-45 in favor of Cloud, but the way Leo exploits Fox's weaknesses is just broken. There is a Canadian Fox that managed to force Leo out of his Cloud at Canada Cup though. Don't remember his name, but that dude's Fox was really clean and he somehow pushed Leo's disadvantage state really hard. If I was Larry I would study the crap out of that match. Leo still won with his Marth, but that MU is much better for Fox.
Rage is a dumb mechanic and balance in this game is all over the place, but this set seriously isn't where you should bring it up. Larry got quite a few early kills via rage too and overall wasn't playing very well. His tech skill was on point but he failed to capitalize on a bunch of opportunities and flubbed stocks away. Meanwhile Leo was playing well all around.
OP40 Zero I played 7 all the way through, I thought he was a little boring but I know thats how he is suppose to be. Sephiroth was cool though, I like Tidus as a character more definitely. My favorite FF which I haven't even finished is 2 haha. Either 2 or 3 for different reasons

rage is pretty stupid but doesn't break the game like melee players feel it does. tho I wish it just wasn't in it at all
