If y'all don't play Ovenbreak, you should know Sea Fairy's tears contain negative energy and it corrupts whoever absorbs that power. Its an unintended side effect of Sea Fairy's own sadness at being separated from Moonlight Cookie. It happens here with White Pearl, and in Ovenbreak it happens to Octopus cookie turning them into the Abyss Monarch
I’m really happy that White Pearl’s sisters accepted her at the end that she’s changed. It’s nice how they still loved her and considered Black Pearl Cookie to be their little sister in the end.
Fr,, tho this'll never happen I can just imagine a meetup. Black pearl would be sceptical and wouldn't trust them, but the sisters would still be loving and be proud. Maybe it won't go like that but I need to see this animated or written omg 😭
Such bittersweet moment, but there was truly nothing else they could do.. They knew White Pearl was lost, and so they just let her be trying to console theirselves with "she got what she wished for" Im more than sure that they know deep down it was not what she wanted or needed and sadly lost her forever..
It’s really said because Golden Citrine said “The Tearcrown gem mermaids will never be apart”. When I heard that, it made me feel so sad because we all know what happened to white pearl cookie 😢
They knew that it was not white Pearls actual wish.. its Just that they couldnt do anything about it, she was fighting for piece within who she loved, but her sisters didnt even tried to get her back to her senses. I dont like the ending of the story how they all just left her for forever, I hate it 😨
Dang.. this story overall broke me. Poor White Pearl Cookie got so overwhelmed by things going on around her; The ships invading the sea, she thought Lord Oyster betrayed her, Frilled Jellyfish Cookie dying. When White Pearl Cookie turned into Black Pearl Cookie, crying and then laughing maniacally, I started crying.. a lot. Erica Mendez did an amazing job voicing White/Black Pearl Cookie, her crying and insane laughter just haunts me to cry again because of how completely shattered she sounds.
in my opinion, the black pearl cookie was shown here on the positive side.. Or at least for her sisters because everyone thought that all gem mermaids would be horrified by what happened ect.. but they accepted it and still considered her as their little sister white pearl cookie.
It's crazy to think that Lord Oyster got White Pearl Cookie's pearl back and just forever kept it as a treasure to most likely remind himself of his misjudgement of Abalone Cookie and how everything went down. Maybe some day Oyster Cookie may meet Black Pearl Cookie and return to the pearl to her. Only time will tell what will happen to Black Pearl Cookie in the future and if she will help in the final battle against Dark Enchantress Cookie.
I don't know about this, but Black Pearl Cookie might probably not along one of the Cookie that possible to team up to defeat Dark Enchantress Cookie. Like really, Black Pearl Cookie was completely mentally destroyed and corrupted due to the lost of her special pearl (which is at the sea ground of The Duskgloom Sea) and there's no way she's gonna interested to defeat Dark Enchantress Cookie unless the latter attemped to went trough The Duskgloom Sea, leading Black Pearl Cookie thinking it was an other ship to destroy

I cannot look at Sea Fairy the same way again after this. She filled White Pearl Cookie's head with dreams of being a strong gem mermaid. All her life she waited with baited breath just to stay on the side. Don't get me wrong, White Pearl does get powers to shine brightly as the moon to help tearcrown during the eclipse, but really? Nothing else to physically fight? And in the end she used White Pearl Cookie's tears to create the frozen tower of waves to reach the moon, leaving me to believe that she used White Pearl for her own selfish needs and was unconsiderate of her feelings. I also find it funny how easily this could have been avoided if Sea fairy fought the pirates by herself, or at least lend a hand on fighting with the the mermaids. Fighting the pirates didnt have to be a problem the mermaids had to take care of, or atleast difficult for them to handle, but no. She just leaves to reach the moon KNOWING there was still danger, and didnt consider staying for the mermaids at all. She LITERALLY left this whole mess for them to clean by themselves. I could be over reacting, but seeing what Black Pearl went through and how easily this could've been avoided, for a mermaid kindgom with a FREAKING WATER GOD at their disposal, baffles me in how sea fairy makes the whole situation harder throughout the whole story than it never should have been in the first place. Honestly, she pulled a Rose Quartz back there. You dont have to agree with me. I just wanted to share my thoughts lol

I'm a big fan of Sea Fairy Cookie but now you've honestly opened my eyes.. And, you were right as well too.. None of the chaos revolving around the gem mermaids and the pirates would've happened if Sea Fairy Cookie came in to help but, Sea Fairy Cookie came out and went on to ignore EVERYTHING that's going on around her then tried to reach up to the moon but unfortunately, ended up in a loss.. Leaving nothing but the "Tower Of Frozen Waves".. I guess i can now understand why a lot of players don't like Sea Fairy Cookie..

Actually it’s pretty refreshing to have something other than the cliche “happily ever after.” I like this because it tells us exactly how Black pearl came to be. If there were a happy ending, it wouldn’t be much of a backstory. It would be a different story entirely, because Black Pearl isn’t a happy cookie.

You know, despite everything, despite all the tragedy, I can think of one cookie who might be able to bring out some of white pearl cookie. A deep sea cookie, with a love for shiny and a never-ending sorrow
Ok so here are the things that i observed at the story so correct me if im wrong - The mermaid pearl has the power to shine up the darkness even if the original beholder of that said pearl is turned into a dark pearl cookie. - In the scene where the sea fairy is about to reach the moon, she is being restrained which starts as a bright purple aura and turns into crimson red claws putting her in an icy state as stated in her description that she has been cursed. -This story also finally tells us of how the Frozen tower was made and it was during the war between Land Cookies and the tearcrown mermaids and its citizens. I don't know if this is a coincidence as well but when we look at the rerun banner of Sea Fairy and black pearl, we can see the things above and below the water. This tells us directly that below the frozen tower is where black pearl cookie's domain is located. So i don't know if the devs gave us a foreshadowing of future plot or just a coincidence - The only time when Sea Fairy is now free is because of the warm kindness of the cookie so probably in the next summer update, we might get to see how Sea Fairy is free from that said curse - Knowing that the brightness of the white pearl can soothe the white pearl's madness, there is still a sliver of hope left to help white pearl cookie. Knowing also the krill jellyfish cookie is still alive, the tearcrown citizens migrated into another sea, and the white pearl is still out there. There is still hope to save black/white pearl cookie

Sea Fairy being frozen was already a thing of the past, Back when Sherbet Cookie found her, she was walking out on sea at the night. I’m certain that Sea Fairy Cookie would explain the story to some certain Cookie that we might have not or might’ve heard from before.
Even more similarities, dread trident of the abyss, a costume in ovenbreak, that sea fairy has come to terms that she'll never be with the moon and sinks into the dark abyss, is exactly like White Pearl Cookie and Lord Oyster's story here. 14:32 and 15:26 are nearly the same pose as Sea Fairy in the starting screen from the "Secret of the Lost City" update from ovenbreak back in July 2020. Black Pearl Cookie thinks she's free, but she's only a prisoner to her unconscious grief. Really sad to see, but a great story.

It’s so odd to me how Ovenbreaks and Kingdoms version of Sea Fairy are kind of different, like Ovenbreaks Sea Fairy is pretty selfless using herself to try and keep her negative emotions from consuming the seas while in Kingdom she only focuses on her desire to reach the moon and basically doomed White Pearl cookie to her fate and the fate of Tearcrown as well if only she had helped them in their time of need things might have been better.
IF we could say the lore of both games have a connection (which, this following the story behind Sea Fairy's legendary costume AND Abyss Monarch's backstory both in CROB makes that possible), maybe this, having happened in the distant past, is why Sea Fairy in the present tries to keep her negative emotions from consuming the seas; she doesn't want this to happen again.
you don’t know how much the relationship between lord oyster and white pearl cookie broke me so bad- it felt like something hold me back from breathing, i felt like i can’t breath while watching this scene. (i’m emotional, the fact i’m crying about the scene where he says “White Pearl Cookie. My beautiful Moon, please..! “ so many times) The fact, Lord Oyster seems desperate of not wanting to let go of her after Lord Oyster has done to her. Their relationship meant alot to me but Abalone Cookie making it more worse. It’s literally not Lord Oyster fault.
Not without to mentioned that she's also start it all by only saying that White Pearl Cookie reminding someone that she's like, a moon especially Moonlight Cookie. But the lack of clear details that White Pearl Cookie's power was turn out to be associated with moon and lunar, this is eventually leading her confused while the crowds questions about it leading White Pearl Cookie swimming away for self comfort, unfortunately it turn out this is the same time where Abalone Cookie and his crewmates capturing underwater treasure...

She got the power she so truly desired... but at what cost? Her family, her friends, her home, and... her lover. I love this story. It's sad, yes, but sometimes, you have to realize that not everything in Cookie Run is sunshine and rainbows. What makes this even sadder is that because of the fact that this story is Black Pearl's backstory, that means it took place long, long ago. And since Lord Oyster Cookie is referred to as Oyster Cookie's ancestor, that means... he is long gone.

Plus manipulated Lord Oyster by brought up the debt so he can get the Special Pearl. Don't forgot *his crew* helping him. *Lord Oyster's* thinking about his family's debt but doesn't think twice about the differently nature White Pearl Cookie's life. *Harpoon Captain Cookie* single-handed mentally abused White Pearl Cookie by shoot harpoon that's leading Frilled Jellyfish Cookie's "presumably" death. All of this combined destroyed her mental to the point the disturbance of Abalone Cookie and his crewmates at 14:33 , causing her mentally permanently shattered to dust to the point she's forgotten about what's she just did toward Tearcrown, forgotten about her relatives and her entire past life. Now, everytime the moonlight (which is probably the only thing that actives her original power until that dark event) shines, her mental automatic having a minor brief memories from the past that's completely causing her major headache, then it's entire covered deep again by the corruption from her mind from the result of the lost of her Special Pearl. There's no turning back, it's was a completely permanent damage from her mental and rage. *There's is no way she's will remembered back again.* I can't imagine if how the rest of Black Pearl Cookie's relatives and Frilled Jellyfish Cookie see back Black Pearl Cookie. I know that the sea was completely dark that they decided to created at the new sea area at behind of The Duskgloom Sea. However in my speculation, what if one of Black Pearl Cookie's relatives, Frilled Jellyfish Cookie or all of them seeing Black Pearl Cookie for the brief moment? This might probably leading her mind becoming worsen than before because of the unusual functionality of her being a Gem Mermaid who lost her Special Pearl, which is presumably lost inside the sea because of Abalone Cookie bring along it thus him drowned and lost the pearl from his greedy filthy slimy sticky hand (sorry abalone snails, I'm only insulting Abalone Cookie). I can't imagine how the 3rd Year Anniversary gonna creating that post scene credits for the titular update... Extra note: I'm knew it that Sorbet Shark Cookie was the one who encounter Peppermint Cookie at the beginning of the Special Story before the narration begins.

I wish there were more tales of Mermaid with a storyline where Oyster Cookie gives back the White Pearl to Black Pearl Cookie, and the sea suddenly becomes light again. As a result, Black Pearl Cookie turns back into White Pearl Cookie, and the sea regains its power. Perhaps the Almighty Sea will come alive again, and her sisters will return when the sea becomes light once more.
Wait a minute, Sea Fairy instead of helping the sea cookies or trying to stop the pirates went to look for MoonLight Cookie! He did not care about the lives of his people or his kingdom; at most he managed to break a few ships but that was collateral damage, it was not done on purpose.
So some of us were almost right! I had a thought about how the pearl that Sea Fairy Cookie was protecting, she was trying to use her powers to keep it from being taken over by the darkness! Could it be that the SAME darkness had corrupted White Pearl Cookie instead? It makes sense, especially since Sea Fairy Cookie could've been corrupted in Cookie Run OvenBreak!

If you guys are confused about the ending, here is my theory which seems likely . . . The "familiar" cookies you hear are from house oyster. If you pay attention to capt. Caviars dialogue it has a figure head and it feels like its from house oyster. Which the ship from the ending nearly matches its description. The capt. Of THAT ship could also be lord oyster but aged up. But thats for me atleast. Edit: i wish we could get more this coming halloween but I'm pretty sure they will do something different

Caviar arrived, unless bpc really took good care of it. Even so, we literally see the pearl in OYSTER cookies draw! So its likely they retrieved the pearl but oyster cookie doesnt know the story is true
They might try found a new sea kingdom or build a new one，but now the sea fairy already freed now not sure uf sea fairy will bless and guide them again also try save black pearl in future since sea fairy believe both of them are the same and feel sad when she cant do anything
The worst part about this is none of this would have happened if sea fairy made her powers work. Or if Abalone cookie never manipulated Lord Oyster, or if he never caught White Pearl. Or if abalone wasnt a terrible person
I love how they fleshed out Black Pearl Cookie’s character and background! I feel very sorry for White Pearl Cookie…😢 it’s no wonder she became the wicked and cruel Black Pearl Cookie! She had a horrible first impression of land cookies (except for Lord Oyster, whom she initially fell in love with, and even then she later thought he betrayed her because he sold her Pearl to Abolone Cookie, though he actually refused at first, out of peer pressure… not knowing that Lord Oyster will get it back once he receives enough money to afford it), she was kidnapped and injured (along with her sisters) by a greedy and ruthless ship captain, the aforementioned Abalone Cookie, and his crew, and she witnessed her closest friend, Frilled Jellyfish Cookie, get killed and didn’t even get to discover that the latter came back to life while getting amnesia😭

It is not one sided of a "bad one betrayed her" They both truly falled in love and first love makes mistakes. 🌕White Pearl was a young stubborn mermaid getting herself in trouble and trusting Too quickly on a cookie enough to give him an important powerful object 🌑 Royal Oyster's feelings were real and he truly cared for White Pearl. But he was under Pressure, plus surrounded by vicious snake cookies like that Pirate and was manipulated badly. It was foolish of him to give the pearl he did not knew the power it had as W.Pearl did not told him about it. And you must know, it is not easy to have a Huge responsability on your whole family who expects you to do anything to keep the legacy. He did not gave up the pearl for selfishness acts, he did it for his family who was pressuring on him... These scenes can happen in real life, people are complicated, the heart is complicated, we hardly know who has bad intentions...
I think the pearl returned back since it was inside one of the fallen ships. Except it's darkened because of the betrayal. We might not know how yo fix the pearl to brighten it up.
I don't know about this, but I'm kinda thinking the story was take place before Dark Enchantress Cookie existed. Being take place at the past, it was implying that The Lower City was just "Lower" City because of the lack of bun based, vanilla based Cookies implying this is take place before the Dark Flour War begins
i get what you're trying to say. but let's not forget that even before the dark flour war started, white lily cookie was already doing some "preparations" on her plans once she turns herself into dark enchantress cookie. a good example for this is how she stole some of pitaya's powers as seen in the last event + she wasnt even dark enchantress yet at that time, she was still white lily cookie. similar thing might have happened here
Nah, white lily didn’t MEAN to turn herself into Dark Enchantress cookie. We saw her just fall in the dough. And also this HAS to take place after she becomes dark enchantress cookie, because the republic was only founded after the vanillin’s fled the war.
The chronology's really confusing, actually. According to the legend of the red dragon the ancients are 1000+ years old, and this story takes place after the great flower war, seeing as there is probably a republic. But cookie run lore is inconsistent as hell, so we don't really know
Every time when she says ‘Help me I’m so scared’ it’s like white pearl is reaching out to the player to help her and then she goes back to black pearl it like she is still in there somewhere inside
This game has a lot of trauma in its characters. It's actually creepy considering that's a kids game LOL! But this story was heartbreaking and weirdly describes alot of our everyday emotions (for troubled kids.) Its actually a fact that if a traumatised person gets alot of power they will want to destroy everything as a coping mechanism.
They've interacted with each other a longggg time ago in Ovenbreak !! Though he was kind of a jerk to him that time..this is kingdom and they don't wanna spread the jerk sorbet agenda and kept him as silly boy. Love them for that

He sold what was precious to her to their enemy for the sake of his family but at the cost of hers, she lost her home, her sisters and best friend, and now she’s crazy because she got corrupted by the sea fairy tear man I was really kind of hoping for some redemption for her because to leave her like this is kind of pitiful. There is no true joy and happiness in wrath and bitterness.
I have a theory. Remember oyster cookie's gacha where we collected items. I believe that oyster now has her gem she got it from a trading ship. I believe a diver found the pearl at the bottom of the ocean and restored it to trade with oyster cookie

If y'all don't play Ovenbreak, you should know Sea Fairy's tears contain negative energy and it corrupts whoever absorbs that power. Its an unintended side effect of Sea Fairy's own sadness at being separated from Moonlight Cookie.
It happens here with White Pearl, and in Ovenbreak it happens to Octopus cookie turning them into the Abyss Monarch

I’m really happy that White Pearl’s sisters accepted her at the end that she’s changed. It’s nice how they still loved her and considered Black Pearl Cookie to be their little sister in the end.

Dang.. this story overall broke me. Poor White Pearl Cookie got so overwhelmed by things going on around her; The ships invading the sea, she thought Lord Oyster betrayed her, Frilled Jellyfish Cookie dying. When White Pearl Cookie turned into Black Pearl Cookie, crying and then laughing maniacally, I started crying.. a lot. Erica Mendez did an amazing job voicing White/Black Pearl Cookie, her crying and insane laughter just haunts me to cry again because of how completely shattered she sounds.

I cannot look at Sea Fairy the same way again after this. She filled White Pearl Cookie's head with dreams of being a strong gem mermaid. All her life she waited with baited breath just to stay on the side. Don't get me wrong, White Pearl does get powers to shine brightly as the moon to help tearcrown during the eclipse, but really? Nothing else to physically fight? And in the end she used White Pearl Cookie's tears to create the frozen tower of waves to reach the moon, leaving me to believe that she used White Pearl for her own selfish needs and was unconsiderate of her feelings. I also find it funny how easily this could have been avoided if Sea fairy fought the pirates by herself, or at least lend a hand on fighting with the the mermaids. Fighting the pirates didnt have to be a problem the mermaids had to take care of, or atleast difficult for them to handle, but no. She just leaves to reach the moon KNOWING there was still danger, and didnt consider staying for the mermaids at all. She LITERALLY left this whole mess for them to clean by themselves. I could be over reacting, but seeing what Black Pearl went through and how easily this could've been avoided, for a mermaid kindgom with a FREAKING WATER GOD at their disposal, baffles me in how sea fairy makes the whole situation harder throughout the whole story than it never should have been in the first place. Honestly, she pulled a Rose Quartz back there.

Actually it’s pretty refreshing to have something other than the cliche “happily ever after.” I like this because it tells us exactly how Black pearl came to be. If there were a happy ending, it wouldn’t be much of a backstory. It would be a different story entirely, because Black Pearl isn’t a happy cookie.

My guess that White Pearl got possessed by a great evil of the ocean. And the White Lily that became Dark Enchantress might be White Lily Cookie’s twin sister.
You know, despite everything, despite all the tragedy, I can think of one cookie who might be able to bring out some of white pearl cookie. A deep sea cookie, with a love for shiny and a never-ending sorrow

Ok so here are the things that i observed at the story so correct me if im wrong
- The mermaid pearl has the power to shine up the darkness even if the original beholder of that said pearl is turned into a dark pearl cookie.
- In the scene where the sea fairy is about to reach the moon, she is being restrained which starts as a bright purple aura and turns into crimson red claws putting her in an icy state as stated in her description that she has been cursed.
-This story also finally tells us of how the Frozen tower was made and it was during the war between Land Cookies and the tearcrown mermaids and its citizens. I don't know if this is a coincidence as well but when we look at the rerun banner of Sea Fairy and black pearl, we can see the things above and below the water. This tells us directly that below the frozen tower is where black pearl cookie's domain is located. So i don't know if the devs gave us a foreshadowing of future plot or just a coincidence
- The only time when Sea Fairy is now free is because of the warm kindness of the cookie so probably in the next summer update, we might get to see how Sea Fairy is free from that said curse
- Knowing that the brightness of the white pearl can soothe the white pearl's madness, there is still a sliver of hope left to help white pearl cookie. Knowing also the krill jellyfish cookie is still alive, the tearcrown citizens migrated into another sea, and the white pearl is still out there. There is still hope to save black/white pearl cookie
Funny though，in Crob the place where below frozen wave tower is the sugarteara，a undersea city also shine with radiant light but now all we see is just ruin and filled with darkness
Same as how Tearcrown is made of then turn into Black Pearl Islands and Duskgloom Sea
Also both cookie who believe light then absorbed into darkness and become the sea monster which filled with hatred，just one of them is more reasonable
However，we don't really know who break the curse of sea fairy，because at crob we never been explained，she already can move by her own，although the description is the same
In kingdom，it is similar when we noticed with sherbet talk with sea fairy when she standing on the tower
The only thing we able to learn sea fairy broke seal is from Kakoo Cookie Run，the early version of Crob
Sea Fairy being frozen was already a thing of the past, Back when Sherbet Cookie found her, she was walking out on sea at the night. I’m certain that Sea Fairy Cookie would explain the story to some certain Cookie that we might have not or might’ve heard from before.
I could’ve sworn I heard that Sea Fairy made the tower in honor of Moonlight.

14:32 and 15:26 are nearly the same pose as Sea Fairy in the starting screen from the "Secret of the Lost City" update from ovenbreak back in July 2020.

It’s so odd to me how Ovenbreaks and Kingdoms version of Sea Fairy are kind of different, like Ovenbreaks Sea Fairy is pretty selfless using herself to try and keep her negative emotions from consuming the seas while in Kingdom she only focuses on her desire to reach the moon and basically doomed White Pearl cookie to her fate and the fate of Tearcrown as well if only she had helped them in their time of need things might have been better.
IF we could say the lore of both games have a connection (which, this following the story behind Sea Fairy's legendary costume AND Abyss Monarch's backstory both in CROB makes that possible), maybe this, having happened in the distant past, is why Sea Fairy in the present tries to keep her negative emotions from consuming the seas; she doesn't want this to happen again.

But the lack of clear details that White Pearl Cookie's power was turn out to be associated with moon and lunar, this is eventually leading her confused while the crowds questions about it leading White Pearl Cookie swimming away for self comfort, unfortunately it turn out this is the same time where Abalone Cookie and his crewmates capturing underwater treasure...

What makes this even sadder is that because of the fact that this story is Black Pearl's backstory, that means it took place long, long ago. And since Lord Oyster Cookie is referred to as Oyster Cookie's ancestor, that means... he is long gone.

All of this combined destroyed her mental to the point the disturbance of Abalone Cookie and his crewmates at 14:33 , causing her mentally permanently shattered to dust to the point she's forgotten about what's she just did toward Tearcrown, forgotten about her relatives and her entire past life. Now, everytime the moonlight (which is probably the only thing that actives her original power until that dark event) shines, her mental automatic having a minor brief memories from the past that's completely causing her major headache, then it's entire covered deep again by the corruption from her mind from the result of the lost of her Special Pearl. There's no turning back, it's was a completely permanent damage from her mental and rage. *There's is no way she's will remembered back again.*
I can't imagine if how the rest of Black Pearl Cookie's relatives and Frilled Jellyfish Cookie see back Black Pearl Cookie. I know that the sea was completely dark that they decided to created at the new sea area at behind of The Duskgloom Sea. However in my speculation, what if one of Black Pearl Cookie's relatives, Frilled Jellyfish Cookie or all of them seeing Black Pearl Cookie for the brief moment? This might probably leading her mind becoming worsen than before because of the unusual functionality of her being a Gem Mermaid who lost her Special Pearl, which is presumably lost inside the sea because of Abalone Cookie bring along it thus him drowned and lost the pearl from his greedy filthy slimy sticky hand (sorry abalone snails, I'm only insulting Abalone Cookie). I can't imagine how the 3rd Year Anniversary gonna creating that post scene credits for the titular update...

The "familiar" cookies you hear are from house oyster. If you pay attention to capt. Caviars dialogue it has a figure head and it feels like its from house oyster. Which the ship from the ending nearly matches its description. The capt. Of THAT ship could also be lord oyster but aged up. But thats for me atleast.

I love how they fleshed out Black Pearl Cookie’s character and background! I feel very sorry for White Pearl Cookie…😢 it’s no wonder she became the wicked and cruel Black Pearl Cookie! She had a horrible first impression of land cookies (except for Lord Oyster, whom she initially fell in love with, and even then she later thought he betrayed her because he sold her Pearl to Abolone Cookie, though he actually refused at first, out of peer pressure… not knowing that Lord Oyster will get it back once he receives enough money to afford it), she was kidnapped and injured (along with her sisters) by a greedy and ruthless ship captain, the aforementioned Abalone Cookie, and his crew, and she witnessed her closest friend, Frilled Jellyfish Cookie, get killed and didn’t even get to discover that the latter came back to life while getting amnesia😭
Oh, and she desperately wanted to become stronger and receive a major power like controlling the weather instead of just “shining the brightest when there is no moonlight”

It was foolish of him to give the pearl he did not knew the power it had as W.Pearl did not told him about it.
And you must know, it is not easy to have a Huge responsability on your whole family who expects you to do anything to keep the legacy. He did not gave up the pearl for selfishness acts, he did it for his family who was pressuring on him...

The chronology's really confusing, actually. According to the legend of the red dragon the ancients are 1000+ years old, and this story takes place after the great flower war, seeing as there is probably a republic. But cookie run lore is inconsistent as hell, so we don't really know
Every time when she says ‘Help me I’m so scared’ it’s like white pearl is reaching out to the player to help her and then she goes back to black pearl it like she is still in there somewhere inside
This game has a lot of trauma in its characters. It's actually creepy considering that's a kids game LOL!
But this story was heartbreaking and weirdly describes alot of our everyday emotions (for troubled kids.) Its actually a fact that if a traumatised person gets alot of power they will want to destroy everything as a coping mechanism.
