This country did not realise how much he gave until he died. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II loved him and stood her ground when her husband to be, Prince Phillip, was thought to be, unsuitable for her. How very wrong they were. He was a great man and I am so very grateful for the service he gave. Rest in Peace Sir. God bless the senior Royals.🇬🇧🌹🙏🏻🤗🙏🏻

The great regret is that the 4 Gurkha Rifles regiments have been amalgamated into 1 regiment. All 4 were unique and served well in the post WW2 period, especially in the Malayan Emergency and the Indonesian Confrontation.
I love Curry beef with Carrot, Onion & Fried rice with scramble eggs; I have them at least twice a week yet luckily I wouldn't smell like an Indian or a Pakistan!

On the other hand , the British Queen visit to HongKong in 1986 gave a clear message about the handover which was to take place in 1997 , 11 years after her last visit to this island. Now 2024 , Minority community in HKSAR are living happily with families and there has been full support from HongKong Government . Thanks to the administration and balanced law and order.
