The general vibe and visuals of the song were giving me IVE (I WANT and I AM) but that forever part of the chorus is so 2nd gen/YG. Something about the prechorus felt very familiar to me too, I think lots of songs have used that kind of melody but I can’t name a specific one. The raps just always hit for me.
