This was very interesting. I was recently diagnosed with accommodative infacility. The optometrist used insufficiency and infacility interchangeably. I read for hours everyday, and get massive headaches and burning strained eyes. He said therapy would not do me much good. I trust his expertise but am still rather intrigued by alternatives to prescription lenses. I wonder where one could go for therapy. I live in Victoria, BC. Or if there are any online resources.
