Sometimes its hard to keep your motivation and concentration, but at the end of the day no matter how hard it is, you are going to rock this game. Be the best version of yourself. Make yourself proud. Do it only for YOU and not because other ones want to see you in a specific position. Make yourself a priority. And now.. get your a** up and go back to your learning stuff

I don't know if I necessarily believe that the beats themselves help me focus, but having some calm, pleasing white noise like this definitely has helped keep my mind from wandering while I work. It feels like it occupies the part of my brain that goes "Oh hey, that thing you just wrote reminds me of the time when-" so that I can stay on task longer without zoning out. And there is probably some pavlovian thing. If you listen to the same thing every time you work, eventually that thing is going to remind you to work

100%. I also like playing some of the ambient background tracks, like rain on the roof with fire crackling, etc. These types of tools help me stay productive with studying in the evenings after my full time job with minimal stress.

Right. I have always used ambience sounds for blocking out the mundane or distracting sounds through the day and night. Its music sometimes and sounds other times. Sometimes when im reading a book i use picture shows to look at when im carring on a thought and the sounds i chose really make it better. I dont usually pick sounds with beats unless im trying to stay awake or tiered. The best i know use changing tempos of fluctuating rises and falls tone seems to be the most important to me. Heavy or soft . slow or rapid interchanges. really good stuff here for sure.

Thank you. Listening to this peaceful song last night gave me enough balance to focus on the project I was working on. It has been months since I have felt as motivated as I did while having this play in the background. The random butterfly effect of you having uploaded this whenever you did, and for whatever algorithm happened to pick this song from a genre I don’t listen to. Everything happens for a reason. Just remember all the things that you have persevered to make it this far in your life. Now looking back at those accomplishments, don’t you now feel more equipped to handle the seemingly insurmountable task that was in front of you before you read this comment? Pass the random positivity forward. :)

Life brings us as many joyful moments as it does downfalls, and although there are days we wish there was a manual to follow, it simply wouldn’t be the same without the spontaneity. The journey of life may not become easier as we grow older, but we do seem to understand it better as our perspectives evolve. Whether you’re embarking on a new adventure right out of school or you want to explore different paths in your personal life, it’s never too late to change what the future looks like.

I feel a great sense of creativity, and an intense passion to write, while listening to this wonderfully inspirational music. A cleansing process of the mind, and a cathartic environment for creating, for writing that is truly based upon being present, emotionally, being present mentally and physically in the truest state of; "the now", in the truest sense of being here. Not thinking about the past, not thinking about being ahead of time, in a future that can only be contemplated and one can only prepare for, mentally and physically, but not take part in at this very moment. So as I sit at this keyboard and write, I have to pull from within and give everything I can to this task, which is what gives true meaning to my existence and value to the effort and time spent in the practice of "The Writer's Craft". And, nevertheless, as in, I'll never give anything else than the most that I can at this present moment, to writing, to creating something of emotional and intellectual value for the reader.

You never mention spiritual James; perhaps it is implied. I recommend you add the spiritual component to the physical, emotional, and physical......peace.

    • @jamespotts8197
      @jamespotts8197 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

@@firmdoggypeter8128 Thank you for the recommendation. I'm an agnostic, in the sense of searching for how "everything came to be", the why's as well as the how's of the creation of our universe and beyond. After reading a book by a prominent sociologist, who's perspective was on "zooming out" as a way of looking at the world for a more accurate understanding of how truly small humans are, I in turn use it on an galactic scale to contemplate; "what else" could be out there. The shear vastness of the cosmos by implication alone is source for wonderment, scientific research and study. And I find this as a great comfort in knowing how much more there is that we still don't know and or understand.

Oh wow, this makes my head feel super heavy. Does anyone have different physical reactions to different hz's? This frequency makes me feel like I might implode.

To everyone who's studying with this music:
    Checklist:
    • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate
    • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time
    • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone
    • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.
    • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.
I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight
DISCLAMER: I did not create this, I found it on other playlists. I still wanna help people out and get them through any stress (:

Damn this shit helped me focus so much that I was able to finish an essay I was working on in an hour and a half. It helped keep me my brain focused on the task rather than everything else. Pleasantly suprised. 10/10 would recommend
