- Sure, you could play the upcoming Planet Coaster 2 and attempt to build a safe, thrilling theme park, but where's the fun in that? We spent our short time with the game (at a real life theme park!) trying to build the deadliest rollercoaster ride we possibly could. How did we do? Would you ride our rollercoaster? Let us know in the comments.

A grey rainy day at Thorpe Park is the only way to get the authentic experience.
Tidal Wave's got nothing on the weather in Chertsey 😂
That weather stand is adorable, I have to say!
I always love outsidexbox content that has the vibe of 'now, how can we make our outing a business expensive...'. Great to see y'all have fun and enjoy yourselves!
OXAccountant: "Mr Farrant, you bought a ... a mansion?"
Andy: "A *haunted* mansion. The cost can be amortized across all future Hallowstreams and company birthday parties. Furthermore..."
@@zacharyunger2004the funny thing is can imagine that actually happening
7:29 "Some babies are always trying to ice-skate uphill." - Andy Ferrant bringing the Blade.
"Higher! Closer to God!" I'd trust Jane with designing my theme park :D
Imagine spending a rainy day in a theme park with Andy, Jane, and Mike... Need a bigger bucket for this inclusion to the list. Very much long time love!!
( your best friends on a rainy rollercoaster hasn't been topped, in my experience... )
I haven't laughed this hard (resulting in my face absolutely awash with tears) since Luke took a baseball bat to a debt collector.
When was that?
"The Gentle Good Time" is just too close to "That Gentle Goodnight" xD
8:39 Mike asks us to imagine how expensive it would be to build a theme park on top of a mountain. Well there is one, Glenwood Caverns in Colorado. And yes, they have swing style rides that swing out over the edge of the mountain.
No, and may I also say absolutely bloody not.
It's all fun and games when you're in Florida or California. Glad you got to share the full British Theme Park experience with the world :D
Name suggestion: Stop, Drop & Roller Coaster.
"We are gonna suspend the babies over the void" is a phrase I wasn't ready for, but in hindsight, I should've seen coming knowing this three.
I wanna see a longer stream of this. This was great.
What perfect timing- just spent today at Alton Towers (for which read- CBeebies Land) for my daughter’s 3rd birthday.
I’ll tell you for nowt- the third go around the Iggle Piggle Boat Ride you start to question your own sanity.
Action Park New Jersey had six Known fatalities. Oxbox crew says "Hold my six-pack of cheap fermented beverages!"
The injuries and sheer number of them are absolutely wild even without factoring in the fatalities. It's amazing more people weren't killed there.
known
Action Park May have violated lots of regulations, but they still had to obey the laws of physics. The Oxbox Crew are bound by no such limitations.
That's a lot lower than I thought it was. I imagine if you include all casualties the number skyrockets.
Ocean Park in Hong Kong is also on the side of a mountain. The roller coasters have a nice view and you have to (edit: get to) take a gondola or Resi-style funicular to get from one side to the other. It's amazing!
There are few things more British than a bunch of people riding a rollercoaster, all in grey and black raincoats, while its tipping it down.
We're soaking and we're cold, but we're having fun, damnit!
HOLY $H!T that Swing Ride is INSANE! I think we also need a sequel to this xD
Well, that footage shatters my belief that the Oxbox crew were permanently trapped in a cube-like environment, forced to endlessly make meta-entertainment.
It's just that they've learnt more elaborate greenscreen effects. The cube remains an insurmountable barrier.
I believe that OXBox has created “Class Action Park 2”. To be perfect, it just needs to reside in New Jersey
I worked at Thorpe Park three years ago, and I gotta say it is WEIRD seeing your favourite TH-cam people wandering around your old workplace 😅
You should have built a pub near the coaster, liquid courage
And if you drink enough, you're going to throw up anyway, so no reason not to go on the Nauseator!
"It's like California but the weather's dreadful..."
Finally had our last day (hopefully) this year in California of 100+ Fahrenheit degree weather two days ago and STILL haven't seen any actual rain since May. Trust me, weather is dreadful all over... just different styles of dreadful! Comme ci, comme ca...
Glenwood Cverns Adventure Park in Glenwood Springs, CO is an adventure park at the top of a mountain and has several rides (including a roller coaster) that extend out over the edge of the mountainside.
It's rather concerning that when you choose to see from the ride you're possessing someone already on there to do so. Is this what really happens when people think they black out on rollercoasters?
OXBOX testing their rollercoaster - glossing over the horrifiying G-Forces. "Why is no one going on our death ride?"
I'm surprised no one thought to put the food and drink stalls at the entrance of the coaster and the restrooms at the exit, so people have to go through the ride to get to the restrooms and likely won't need them by the time they finish the ride, thereby saving on restroom cleaning costs :P
I for one, would be heading straight to The Gentle Good Time
Ghost Town in the Sky was a very small park in North Carolina built atop a mountain. It did well in the 60s but they just didn't/couldnt keep up with maintenance so it eventually closed. Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO is an EXCELLENT park and a few of their rides are near a cliff dropoff, which does greatly influence the thrill factor, and the views are incredible.
I think you mean "the views are [𝘴𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘤𝘩 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦] 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫."
Hyperia? More like Hypothermia, am I right?! Guys? Oh, they've left.
Hey, it's Josh and welcome back to Let's Game It Out.
"some babies are always trying to ice skate uphill" appreciation post
"World's deadliest theme park" Somewhere in Oxford I think I just heard some furious tea sipping.
Mt. Anakeesta in Gatlinburg, Tennessee has a theme park on top of a mountain, but there are no rides (other than the chair lift you take to get up and down). It's mostly views and food, and some nice rope bridge paths. But it's also just a few miles from Dollywood, so a pretty good trip all around ;)
Genuinely laugh out loud funny. Many, many trapped guests!
I would certainly ride the gentle good time.
The Dutch park Efteling has the Baron, a coaster with quite the dead-drop. This coaster looks a lot like that one.
I think the deadliest Theme park is RollerCoaster Typhoon...
That pause at the top of the drop is genuinely horrifying 😂
"Not deadly enough" :D
I'm confused. Jane doesn't know lethal g-force off the top of her head?
"We don't know that it's going to kill anyone"
All depends on the time spent at that gee. You can survive 40+ for a few fractions of a second, and a few hours at 2 or 3 if you're in good shape.
She knows, but can't let people know that she knows 🙂
@@GleichUmDieEcke It depends on the direction of force too. Positive Gs pull the blood from your head giving you tunnel vision and making you black out. Negative Gs push too much blood into your brain and can cause an aneurysm.
Only mortals bother remembering information like that.
Hope you're all ok! Mike sounds like he's full of cold bless him. Love y'all!!!
Souvenir shirts that read: “I went to Jane-Land and all I got was this lousy t-shirt and PTSD!
We only drink for bench!
i miss those streams
If that first minute doesn't sum up Britain then I don't know what does.
8:49 "Insufficient funds" is what usually defeated me in Red Alert.
I can't wait to play on this piece of land. It looks so Cool.
I adore Thorpe park went there only a few weeks ago
I would’ve kept the Nauseator name. It’s unique and TH-camrs would ride it as a challenge.
I thought this was a Let’s Game It Out video when it first popped up 😂
I am scared of whatever Josh is planning.
@@Cyrus_T_LaserpunchHis theme park is totally not gonna destroy everyone.
I assume this place is located just down the road from Oxboxford?
Good thing Dr. Andy's Horrortorium is available to... *deal with* the survivors.
Can confirm, as someone local to the roller coaster infamous for Fabio getting hit in the face with a goose while riding it, coasters are Just Better if there's at least one real inherent threat.
I'd have put a staff building and a bunch of benches next to The Gentle Good Time. Possibly a drinks vending machine or something as well. That would reduce the time there's no one working there as well as drawing in people who are tired from walking around everywhere since you don't have benches anywhere else, and once they've rested they might be more likely to ride it.
Probably not unless they're just extremely short sighted and can't see where it goes, but maybe!
Aw man I haven't been to Thorpe Park in over a decade 😢 Hyperia looks cool and good.
So Hyperia was actually open then? 😂 Haven't been to Thorpe Park in ages, need to go again though I'm not a fan of fright night so may be a while 🤔
“Yeah! Closer to GOD!” and “What’s wrong with you people, don’t you want to plunge face-first into a ravine?” are just outstanding quotes
$0.00?
Talk about Free Falling...
"Would you ride our rollercoaster?" Respectfully - absolutely the hell not no way.
This was the most entertaining PC2 I have watched to date
24:54 loved wwz 😂
I'd be with Mike on the Gentle Goodtime. There's one at Hershey that's like 100 feet down on a 97 degree drop. I waited extra to sit in the front of that one.
Wow, Thorpe Park still exists? I genuinely haven't heard of it since I was a kid.
more of this pleeeeaaase
The more ways for simulated people to die in a simulation game, the more I think that's the goal of the game.
The chaotic energy is great but I am very glad you all do not have a real coaster park
Now, I haven't played every theme park simulator game, but it sure does seem like a lot of them start with you, the player, inheriting a struggling theme park empire?
Planet coaster (and planet coaster 2) has a variety of scenarios with various limitations and goals. You don’t inherit a theme park empire you just help out and manage out struggling parks, your player character isn’t a “character” more a vessel.
Oh man, 25:02 made me absolutely loose it! 🤣
Just before the reveal of where all the guests were *may* have been the wrong time to take a sip of water
Your next trip to the States, PLEASE go a Six Flags park at the very least. Our coasters can be intense.
With a title like this to be honest I expected to hear "Hey there it's Josh, welcome back to Let's Game it Out" in the intro
Love it when oxbox builds their own terrifying little worlds! 👌😂
...and here I am wondering how much Jane makes in royalties for voicing thr emergency warning for airplanes " Pull up! Pull up! "
“We built the world’s deadliest theme park”. That has “Jane’s idea” written all over it.
Oh, _yes._ Y'all's first _Planet Coaster_ video, the one that brought us the weenieful Oxiversal Studio (singular), was one of the OX modern classics, IMO, and I've been _dying_ to see more theme park shenanigans!
How did I know Jane was going to be involved in making deadly coasters?
So I would like to direct you to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park in Colorado for an actual park on a mountain. Obviously might be a bit of a trip from the UK.
“OX makes Action Park”
Man, I really hope Social Services never see this video 🤣🤣🤣
Only in the UK will you see people going to a theme park IN THE RAIN
Pretty sure those lateral G forces would cause concussions . . . at best.
England and California couldn't be any more different if they tried
Ones constantly raining and the other is constantly on fire
Man I hope that coaster gets put in the workshop 😂
Yes, the actual park is too safe! 😏
As a person that has had a light bit of whiplash as a teen, when all my bones and tendons were nice and supple, at a Six Flags, at least the Nauseator would have been worth the pain later.
But can you build a coaster that goes under the water being pumped out of the waste water treatment plant?
Not in this scenario, you cannot build in the valley. Though yes you could construct your own lake and plunge a coaster through it.
I’m glad I’m not the only one that thought of that whats more scary than that? devastated i can’t do it myself in this game
@@ethanshackleton Drats, no grossing the people out lol
@@BeaBea-54 Weeeee! I hope that they didn't skip any steps in treating this water!
@@dantekinkade8765 Oh no you totally can, one of the water options is actual swamp water.
The name No Handrail Park makes my stomach drop more than even that ride 😬
What date were you guys there? We may have just missed you or even been there at the same time
No, You're a Sick Park!
Guests that got on that cliff coaster must had their whole life flashed before them.
Excellent business expense!
Game looks impressive.
Yo this park look amazing
Hey hey deadly coasters!
Mike on scene at Simply Sausages Racetrack, when?
This is great
In the background you can just make out the ruins of Jane's hospital.
Can you guys make a super edit montage of all the times Jane has called fictional characters cowards?
Why did they build a second dive coaster?! It's like they are hiding something in the other coaster types-
Is what every other person ever would say for some reason
But really *why build a second dive???*
i feel like this would be a really neat game in VR.
The only crime committed in this video is that it's too short!
man that place looks so fun and dreadful. thorpe park that is
likely place to find jane at the helm of a deathtrap
