Hi Clarhett, Great to hear from you again! How are you and how is your large format journey been with the Horseman? Glad you found this one interesting :)
Help me to take shots to create that sharp edge to edge look from an f4 s in purchasing. I love the feel and look of this camera and your images is exactly why I got into photography. I’ll buy whatever I have to just so I can take shots like your images.
I’ve been meaning to try this myself, but couldn’t justify buying an anamorphic lens just for this. So I’ve been using a cheap anamorphic on my iPhone.
@@SathyaPeacock I have been considering getting a used Sigma DP1 Quattro as that has a built in xpan like aspect ratio (intended for use as a directors viewfinder for framing / scouting I think). Sure it is digital and isn’t using the whole sensor but being able to compose at the right ratio is the key for me. Otherwise I’d write some notes and crop afterwards. In the meantime I’ve been using a Lomo Belair with a 35mm back - but the lenses are plastic fantastic so the results have that lomo vibe.
What was your favourite outtake?
'I think that's enough' lol
@@SathyaPeacock your demeanor and your obvious love for photography. The buildings and bridges clinched it
Great video as always!
Thankyou Teja! Glad you liked it 👊🏽

Glad you think so man 👊🏽
Wow. I have a Nikon f100 and the 50mm 1.8. Always wanted to shoot anamorphic. This amazing!
Ah you gotta try it! It’s great fun :) thanks for watching
Finally someone trying a new idea. I love when original content hits TH-cam after all the repetitive content we get these days
Ah thank you! That means a lot 👊🏽
This is a remarkable lesson learned, that being - even an old dog like me can learn something new and wonderful. Thank you.

Hi Andrew! Yeah I wouldn’t have done it either and iPhone cameras are super powerful anyway

@@AndrewJacksonSE I didn’t know that! That’s cool. And never heard of the Belair before; just googled, looks sick 👌🏽
And Lomography has gotta be my fav company for how accessible & fun they make photography.
What lens were used for those cinematic BTS shots?
Hi, I assume you’re referring to the ‘Photographs’ section; all shot with the sigma 16mm f1.4 contemporary series.
