Hi, tone is captured with saramonic audio interface to Ipad running tonestack app. Tonestack only used for the amp and cab simulator and recording the audio. Hope this helps

For the sound to price ratio, it is good
I have the falling star. It would have been great if it weren't so noisy.
On the other hand, it adds grit to your sound :)
