"Now your just talking crazy!" Cuz HCBailly is the commander of fun. For me and others he's #1. It's great to watch HCBailly and this is clear. If he doesn't know what the answer is here, just remember, he's an engineer! Not a botinist, doctor, or cook, ... but he'll go through these games like reading a book! It isn't perfect, buuuut, (lol). I'm kinda proud of this HCBailly poem. He DOES freakin RULE. Maayyy y'all can make up some fun clever poems for him too. or. Creative fun comments in the comments section. Normally, a lot of you guys DO put down great comments. I seriously think that it's a pretty good crowd up in here. I'm sure HCBailly appreciates it.
Man I didn't expect to see Wisman here. I really didn't know whose side he was on untill now, he just seemed like he was doing his own thing and wound up in places I didn't expect.
My first time through, I didn't know you had to check that rocking horse to advance the plot. I figured the cutscene when you entered the room was all there was to be seen. So I spent a good couple hours wandering around Shevat, trying to examine everything and talk to everyone, until I found myself back in that room and examined it. It can be a bit obnoxious how newer games can hold your hand too much, but boy, I don't miss obscure sequence triggers. Same with the one you mentioned in the Ethos HQ.
Shevat has a beautiful theme song, but the city itself has problems. From what I am seeing Shevat is an unwell society, but in different ways compared to Solaris. Shevat has painfully lost in a war against Solaris, has been wondering around in the sky for 500 years, they barely have any power to the point where Maria and the barrier are their only lines of defense, the people are unhappy about their situation, and food shortages are occurring. Shevat is a mess.
Knowing what I know about Chu-Chus, did the game assume that you would complete the stone side quest and get the doll LATER in the game? That line makes more sense once we advance the plot far enough. Not a LOT of sense, just more.
pretty sure he did explicitly say he was from shevat when he mentioned that fei's dad was from shevat and that he (wiseman) had trained with his dad, in shevat.
I am surprised, outside of end game farming for specific items, that you're not out right banning the Power Crisis. It makes any single character it is put on, a game breaking character since it practically eliminates random battles out of the game since you can just one shot everything.
I don't find random battle to be that interesting, to begin with. We use Deathblows and that's it. At best, maybe some enemies have an elemental weakness or there's a large group of enemies to defeat, in which case, the Power Crisis doesn't help that much there.

Every time there's a "less HP = more power" item, you know there will be like 50 different ways to make crit HP builds for characters
