I think that a generator for that rig is in the $4-5000 range. I guess that the backup and side cameras are several hundred dollars. That is a big extra on closing. (Price of generator corrected per Donald.)
@@donaldswanson3198 Thanks, I thought that I was low. What size is the generator for this 5th wheel. How much do the camerasq cost? My guess is that you would need to buy all three cameras. There is no excuse for not including the backup camera.
Shame on Andrea for peeking before us. This is one fancy and elegant looking 5th wheel ideal for full-time, it looks more like a home than a camper. Edit: Was that a bidet / sprayer attachment on the toilet? Dislikes: 1) I would have liked either 1 long awning or the 2 awnings closer together (I agree with Matt on the awning button). 2) Does the 50-amp hook-up have a built-in surge guard and a generator at this price point. 3)Where's the outside kitchen? LOL, this has everything else built in 4) Floor vents. womp womp Love 1) the rear kitchen design with plenty of counter space and cabinets. Loaded to the gills with residential style appliances, it is away from the front door traffic flow, making it easier to cook while other people are around. 2) the living room is comfortable and the coffee is a nice touch. It offers lots of space while being separate from the kitchen / dining room 3) the bedroom with an amazing closet and giant TV
I understand the advantage of a towable, cause you can drop the trailer and have a vehicle to run around in. However, with trailers like this beauty is you have to buy a truck with duals and horsepower to pull it. So for 50 to 60 thousand dollars you buy buy the truck then another 145 thousand for this trailer. If that is someone's cup of tea that's great. I'll just stick with a class A and tow my midsized car, less hassles. Good video and information and we love our Matt and Andrea.
This is seriously nice! 4 Likes: 1: Incredible living room with 3 seating areas 2: Massive kitchen with tall ceilings and lots of storage 3: Interior lighting, cabinetry, and decor looks classy and high-end 4: Full body paint 2 Dislikes: 1: No standard backup camera or generator at this price 2: Vents in the floor
Likes: The floorplan. I like the separation of living room and kitchen. Can't stand other 5th wheels where they are merged together -No stupid kitchen islands Dislikes: Floor vents Poor location of slide controls For the price needs more included features like washer/dryer and generator and included solar..
Three Dislikes: #1 Agree with the awning and outside TV placement. It splits up your outside patio area. #2 Agree Awning button placement. They could have been placed across from the door on the side of the cabinet. #3 MSRP, Yes, it is a little bit higher end but there's not $80,000 in upgrades. Wamp womp! Likes: #1 Beautiful Kitchen and very functional. Andrea called the corner a "Lazy Susan", it's not, but you had the perfect opportunity to put a Lazy Susan there. That would have put that kitchen over the top. #2 Beautiful bathroom. #3 The bedroom space and closet. Very nice. Something you didn't mention: This appears to be a true couple's fifth wheel. This does not appear to be the fifth wheel for a large family or any extra family for that matter. Your stats say "Sleeps 6" But where? The sofa and love seat don't appear to be sleeper sofas. Maybe they are.
Likes: 1. Huge shower. 2. Super big kitchen. 3. Table in living room that lifts up. Dislikes: 1. Mini blinds in kitchen. 2. Vents in floor. 3. Awning buttons in wrong spot. I love the lodge decor. I would like to see RV's in that style. I wonder if that would be possible, after all, the farmhouse decor is now being done.
Beautiful!!!! Love it!! Not in my budget, but OMG its beautiful!!! 3 likes Living room in the entrance kitchen in the back 👍👍❤❤❤ Kitchen beautiful 😱❤ Bedroom and closet!! ❤ 3 don't like No sofa bed 😔 No underbed storage The awnings
And..another great review! Dis-Likes The awning situation outside is a lot strange. 1/4 over the TV Power switches for the awnings duct work in the floors LIKES easy, everything inside and out from the fifth wheel to the license plate holder kitchen is fantastic sofas are spot on walk-in closet with washer/dryer plumbing solar that price bites a little but you do get a lot.
There is a ton to like, so I will mention my dislikes first. The awning I agree seems useless over the TV section, but also the door is not totally under the awning. That means if it is raining you will still be in the rain as you lock, or unlock, the door. Also, I did not see anyplace to hang a towel near the sink in the bathroom? Finally the vents and carpet on the floor. Also, being a high end I am surprised a generator is not standard. My top likes are the shower and pppp toilet! Also love the kitchen. The interior looks like an expensive home. Really impressive.
Matt if you could show the fifth wheel with the slides in that would be great and note if the bathroom and kitchen are accessible while the slides are in.
Likes: the heated/insulated basement, outside design, back ladder is sturdy, large solar panel, 50amp cord on reel, great wet bay w/ dumps, fantastic interior decor, lots of windows, like windows, like the extending coffee table, dimming lights, LOVE THE KITCHEN (it’s nicer than some residential kitchens), like the kitchen storage, the stove and design behind it, counter space, lovely fridge, I think the price is very good, beautiful bath and shower, once piece sink, love the headboard - it’s perfect for reading, mirrored closet with a safe and vacuum! Full-time warranty. PERFECT! Dislikes: don’t like where spare is located, need a longer hand rail for outside steps, vents in the floor, there should be an actual Lazy Susan in kitchen corner cabinet. Matt, you need to get this model for Andrea.
I love these floor plans. The separate kitchen in the back separated from the rest of the living space is awesome. I’ll just wait for a few years when it’s lost 30-40k in value when it comes in for a trade or owners are looking to sell it🤣
Back should have a Gerard (sp) awning that goes over both slideouts; bed could have storage under, at least enough for the extra chairs; with that theater seating couch should be a tri-fold full queen or king bed, a couple ceiling drop downs, as option, would get sleep capacity up to 8.
Dislikes: floor vents, small fireplace, weird place for the awning switches. Likes: dinette is actually in the kitchen, great refrigerator, lovely bathroom.
Silly placement for TV under tiny awning that didn’t shade it and if you want to sit in the shade under the big awning you can’t watch the TV. Who chose the colour scheme a 1980s car dealer. Just do the gold with a burgundy stripe
It’s different. Not sure I like two slides on the camping side. I like tank valve placement. Love the huge kitchen & the ceiling fans. I really like the valence patter & blinds. I like the accent lighting & the number of windows. I agree with the comments about $. For that, you should get a generator.
Three things I like...the coffee table in the living area, all the windows, and the shower. Three things I dislike are...still a little carpet in there, the awnings, and the price. I do have a couple questions...I would have like to see how the power cord winds up and where would you keep the stinky slinky(maybe I just missed it)?
I like the inside of the home except for the heat vents on the floor and don’t like the outside with the awnings and the placement of the awning switch is in the wrong spot. Other than that it is a great fifth wheel. Thank you Matt and Andrea.
If it is so high end why didn't it come with the generator or didn't your company order it with one. Also why no backup camera? Two items that are a must.
ok...im sold but i need to win the lottery! if they have a farmhouse interior option with the lighter cabinetry i need to get hubby to work double hrs. this is a fantastic rig!
Hey thanks for the reviews. Is it possible that you can access the awning via the control panel in the hatch at the front? I would like to see a home office setup of some kind in place of the love seat opposite the couch in the living room.
I think the most disappointing part of this fifth wheel is the fact that the heating vents are in the floor. Much more affordable units have already gone away from that to keep debris from falling in the ducting.
Matthew Sahd I’ve seen Heartland claim that it’s more efficient to have the vents in the floor and not add an additional bend right before each register to have it come out of a toe kick. They claim that would restrict airflow. I agree that floor vents do look bad and collect dust.
Bryan Rowe floor venting, however unattractive, is more effective and efficient. As you pointed out, the extra turns and bends in cabinet ducting creates flow resistance.
Dislikes: small fireplace, small awning, floor vents . It is beautiful ☺️. That kitchen with all the counter space is to die for. Was it a king-bed? I give this rig an A!
Floor vented heating is 40% more efficient and effective than cabinet mounted vents. Any unit claiming FULL TIME usability SHOULD have floor vents. You can buy screens on Amazon for $8/ea if your worried about debris falling in.
Gorgeous - An amazing unit. only issue: need to rework the awnings outside. I wish there were awnings over the slides to keep junk from collecting on top when open.
Love the layout love the lights and the bathroom. Hate the vents, hate there are no slide out protectors on it. I also hate the fact that the auto levelling is outside and not closed in. Kids would play with it or when camping someone could mess with it.
$92,000 - trailer $10,500 - 10kw generator 'optional' $12,000/20,000- upgraded awnings $115,00 to $125,000 for the best deal on a small home. That can be taken anywhere. GREAT DEALL!! I hope you can get structural insurance after the manufacturers walk away. I wish the slides had been painted to match the outer walls. I wish the vents were not acting as a boot-scraper. In my house, I can guarantee you that someone will come in with mud and scrape them on that hall vent. I like - that the roof has space for more solar. I wish it had a half-bath/with uranyl. The dinette could be used as a half-bath - and a breakfast bar could jetty, into the floor-space with stools.
Very nice 5th wheel. The kitchen, bathroom and theaters seats were very nice. Was wondering when the lighting in these rv's will be controlled by Alexa. The awnings were weird. Being so large I would've liked a half bath somewhere.
Question: on the toilet, when you lift the lid and sit down, does the lid break broom all the constant leaning on it with no support? Cuz in a proper home, the lid leans back on the water tank. So it doesn’t have any stress bending against the hinge.
I do like the lay out but not a fan of the outside small rear awning just for the tv..outside tv should be under the bigger awning . Washer and Dryer and generator should be included for that amount of money...
Very impressed with this fifth wheel. 3 dislikes: don't like the floor vents. Don't like the awnings. It needs a place to store towels in the bathroom. 3 loves: love love love the colors, inside and out! The valances, the woodwork, ALL of it. Love the kitchen set up especially the farmhouse sink. Love the dining table in the kitchen area. Side note - would love to have the options for a residential stove/oven and dishwasher. If you're going to full time it.... Necessity. But great fifth wheel. Can't wait to compare to the 2020 model.
Agree with the heating vents on the floor and the awning set up. That’s all I can say negative the rest is unreal but of course it goes with the price. Thanks again guys
I have an idea for either #MattsRVReviews or #MattsRVReviewsTowables. Take a golf cart, put a generator on the back (one that can power the towable, probably 3 kilowatt), and power it up before the video. That way, your travel trailer/5th wheel RV can be cooled down before filming! You can also see if the generator manufacturer wants to sponsor you. As a #trucker, I see pickups pulling 5th-wheel trailers with a generator in the bed of the truck.
Holy moley! Never saw this one before. I usually prefer front living room models, but this one is making me think twice about that! My 3's: Dislikes: 1. Generator should be standard, along with a backup camera. 2. Agree with Matt about the awning control placement. 3. Agree with Andrea about the floor vents Likes: 1.Love this layout and spaciousness. 2. That kitchen set up is great in terms of counter space and storage. 3. Walk in closet. Thanks!!
Good evening! That review was absolutely great! THANK YOU for bringing my attention to this brand. I had seen other high end 5 th wheels and this is right up there with them, IMO. The first minor dislike was the carpet on the slide, the small awkward awning on the back right, and maybe they could clean up the spray in insulation under the unit. If I pay that much for that, It should have a PDI underneath??? Can you get a trifold couch for guests? The likes... It has the WOW factor and may give me a reason to get a new dually just to escort this show piece around! Thank you for the review and bringing this onto my shortlist!!! Very Nice!!! Have a great evening!
My first viewing of the Landmark Concord. Wow! It is big! Dislikes: 1. Prepped for generator and prepped for washer dryer, at this level they should be included. 2. Floor vents, big no! 3. Control panels, placement is just wrong. The awning controls are in a weird place and the other panel (lighting) is awfully high up in the cupboard. 4. Kitchen needs a couple of cabinets that are not so skinny, to hold larger items like Crock pots or Insta pots, also why do they put mini blinds in the kitchens and pull shades on all the other windows? Likes: 1. Leveling system, heavy duty steps but with assist so they don't fall on you. 2. Love that the ladder has an extra step so it is not such a stretch to climb it (although it is awfully high so I am not sure how often I would want to be on the roof!). 3. Quiet air and three air units. 4. Bathroom is amazing! 5. Kitchen is really nice. High end appliances, plenty of storage (see number 4 in dislikes). 6. Love all the natural light from the many windows.
Nope! I still prefer our new (7 months old! Lol) Riverstone 39FK……more bedroom storage plus a big fireplace a w/d, hot water on demand.……central vac system, a dishwasher……ceiling fans, day night sheds ……a generator………a fireplace in the living room ……and an awesome front kitchen……solar panel……all the bells and whistles !!! The only 2 things I’d swap from ours would be the living room furniture and the single farmhouse sink!! TFS…I can’t help myself ……I still have to check out what’s new in the rv world lol !! 😊
Love this trailer. Could really see myself living full time in it. But for the price there should be a generator and backup camera. And how do you get to the kitchen when the slides are in? Looks lime the theater seating would block the passage. That's the only thing I don't like on it.
absolutely stunning kitchen but , with the size of this 5th wheel, am surprised that it doesn't have two entries, though not sure where the second one would go
I like the azdal, full body paint, kitchen, and the 7 recliners. I don't like the awning button location, skinny cabinets, and the tv awning was too small.
Another great review my number one complaint with RVs nowadays is if their prep for the rear backup camera why don't they put the camera on there just like all the cars now have backup cameras that should be included not an option and also at that price point I think it should have the generator already in there other than that that is one awesome RV
First I love this channel. I heard on another channel the reason they put the floor vents in the floor has to do with the air flow. If they have to curve it to come in on the side it loses a lot of the force for the heat flow.
Hi Matt & Andrea, good to see ya again! Thanks for these awesome walkthroughs. What I like: love a rear kitchen & that one is beautiful, the colors & decor, love the full time warranty. What I don’t like: small bathroom considering the size of the rest or the 5er, don’t like the tiny tables next to bed & agree with Matt I don’t like the awnings at all, it looks like they got cheap.
I love Landmarks! My only dislikes are the kitchen counter is two different heights and the awning on the rear slide is weird. The vents in the floor do not bother me any. Even Horizon, which cost $150,000+ more than Landmark, also has the vents in the floor. Floor vents are more efficient than under cabinet vents.
Love this!! I agree with all your dislikes plus the bedroom end tables are too far from me. I would hate that. Love the kitchen even though the cabinets are high. I think it’s the nicest kitchen I have seen out there. I would switch the colors to darker furniture and lighter cabinets. If it was a lower price, I would be interested in purchasing it.
Are you sure this isn't a Park Model/Destination Trailer? Dislikes: 1) all the "accent" lights 2) carpeting under washer? Why? What if you get a leak? 3) To many recliners close together. Some of them look like they would bump if you put the footrests out at the same time. Likes: 1) Party house (even though I'm an introvert) 2) comes with a Dyson (even though an integrated vacuum would be better) 3) 3 ACs and ceiling fan? probably colder than my house.
Likes: Kitchen space is fantastic The seating looks very comfortable I like the shower - looks very high end Dislikes: Vents in the floor Tilted bed Carpet in dining area On the whole this unit is much too big to be moved around frequently. Nice, but not for people like us who want to move around a lot. Thank you for good review!
There has to be more awning controls by the door or command center. Needs a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Also give me a fan in the bedroom instead of that odd light.
$140K and no generator? Valances are better than most. Side stands bed are stupid way too high poor positioning. At least the floor vents I noticed were not in the normal walking area. Loved the recliners and positioning. Would have liked to see with slides in.
I think if I had this 5th wheel, I would buy two plots of land. One North and one South. One for Summer and the other for Winter. Bad points- At this price a generator and rear view camera should come as standard. Good points- The rest of it. Matt & Andrea. Have a good Meet & Greet, but I think you will get way more than 35 people come to meet you.
Dislikes The double awnings - that was weird. It would be better to have one giant awning Floor vents Not a fan of the frosted pattern of the closet doors (just being picky now) Likes: Prepped for solar including a panel Kitchen is off the hook! Those cabinets! Wow. The sink. The appliances.
I agree with Steve, at this price point a generator should be standard also backup camera and at least a half bath
I think that a generator for that rig is in the $4-5000 range. I guess that the backup and side cameras are several hundred dollars. That is a big extra on closing. (Price of generator corrected per Donald.)

I believe a large number of these sit in RV parks pretty much permanently. So having a generator that you never use would be pointless.

I may b wrong. But for that price should of had a sofa sleeper. Something for you family or company to stay over .what ask them to sleep on the floor.
That 5th wheel is awesome. I think for that price it should have been equipped with a generator standard.
It's like home ,very livable..great review guy's...
Holy moley! Never saw this one before. I usually prefer front living room models, but this one is making me think twice about that!
My 3's:
Dislikes:
1. Generator should be standard, along with a backup camera.
2. Agree with Matt about the awning control placement.
3. Agree with Andrea about the floor vents
Likes:
1.Love this layout and spaciousness.
2. That kitchen set up is great in terms of counter space and storage.
3. Walk in closet.
Thanks!!
I love all the counter space. It is impressive.
That's the only thing I don't like on it.
absolutely stunning kitchen but , with the size of this 5th wheel, am surprised that it doesn't have two entries, though not sure where the second one would go
I wish there was a Love button!
I like the azdal, full body paint, kitchen, and the 7 recliners. I don't like the awning button location, skinny cabinets, and the tv awning was too small.
No handle on the huge stairs, Matt struggled to pull them down on the bare metal
Another great review my number one complaint with RVs nowadays is if their prep for the rear backup camera why don't they put the camera on there just like all the cars now have backup cameras that should be included not an option and also at that price point I think it should have the generator already in there other than that that is one awesome RV
Definitely the outside tv should be closer to the door outside (the middle slide) awning buttons where in a bad spot I thought also
First I love this channel. I heard on another channel the reason they put the floor vents in the floor has to do with the air flow. If they have to curve it to come in on the side it loses a lot of the force for the heat flow.
That's just poor planning. If it's actual ducts, going at a 45 degree angle to the vent opening solves it ( versus, say, a hose at 90 degrees )
They really dropped the ball with the blinds in the kitchen.
At this price, call me silly, but I want some nice bamboo blinds.
@@plektosgaming or MCD like the rest of the unit .
@@Shaun_millertech I personally like the top down/bottom up style blinds since they need no ugly valence to hide the rolls.
Hey Matt,
Andrea pointed out a Huge pet pev of mine, Floor Vents. Could ya do a video showing which 5th Wheels do not have floor vents. Thank you
Dislikes:
1) all the "accent" lights
2) carpeting under washer? Why? What if you get a leak?
3) To many recliners close together. Some of them look like they would bump if you put the footrests out at the same time.
Likes:
1) Party house (even though I'm an introvert)
2) comes with a Dyson (even though an integrated vacuum would be better)
3) 3 ACs and ceiling fan? probably colder than my house.
Likes
1. Kitchen is amazing
2. Stackable W/D Prepped
3. Storage
Dislikes
1. Awnings are not enough
2. No ice maker
3. No sofas that are a sleeper
I can’t believe they didn’t include the generator.
Wouldn't be great if they would include a step latter with its own storage for these high roof 5th wheels🤔
Likes:
Kitchen space is fantastic
The seating looks very comfortable
I like the shower - looks very high end
Dislikes:
Vents in the floor
Tilted bed
Carpet in dining area
On the whole this unit is much too big to be moved around frequently. Nice, but not for people like us who want to move around a lot.
Thank you for good review!
😍👍
I love you guy's and I love your reviews!!!
Amazing...wow
Simply beau awesomeness!
There has to be more awning controls by the door or command center. Needs a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Also give me a fan in the bedroom instead of that odd light.
What no dishwasher!
$140K and no generator? Valances are better than most. Side stands bed are stupid way too high poor positioning. At least the floor vents I noticed were not in the normal walking area. Loved the recliners and positioning. Would have liked to see with slides in.
I am blown away!
All I can say is: Walk-in closet? That's big enough to be a second bedroom!
Doesn't the the control pad in the storage, open the awning?
This is the one for me😄
I love it all I wish I had one
Should have a generator and washer and dryer in unit for full time.
Sorry Andrea, but Matt know what’s a Art Deco 😂😂😂
Dislikes
The double awnings - that was weird. It would be better to have one giant awning
Floor vents
Not a fan of the frosted pattern of the closet doors (just being picky now)
Likes:
Prepped for solar including a panel
Kitchen is off the hook! Those cabinets! Wow.
The sink. The appliances.
